- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are highly competitive. I ask for 50% down to begin a project and the balance due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with a new client to get the feel and energy of what they are trying to accomplish. Once I understand their goals and objectives, I recommend how to get there. I am highly communicative with my clients, keeping them updated as to the progress of their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Journalism, Marketing and Communications and extensive experience in graphic design, web design, marketing, strategic branding, social media campaigns, SEO, editing and book publishing.
