Introduction: ProFix Printer Repair is a local, family owned business offering you quality on-site laser printer, copier, and fax repair services. We provide same or next day service in most cases, helping to lower your machine’s downtime. HP laser printer repair is our specialty, but we work on most other major brands of printers and copiers too. ProFix Printer Repair has served the Denver Metro area since 2012, but our experience spans nearly two decades. We stand behind our service with a 90-day warranty on parts, and 30-day warranty on labor. *We do not work on office jet and/or inkjet printers. *We do not work on Xerox or Epson Printers.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices can vary depending on location. Desktop Laser/LED Printers- - $105/first hour labor and travel - $50/half hour if additional time is needed or if additional machines. If your machine just needs a cleaning and/or adjustment the initial $105 is all you pay. Floor Model Copiers- -$155/first half hour labor and travel. -$60/half hour if additional time is needed. If parts are needed we will quote that upon finding the issues.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is your printer or copier worth the cost of diagnostic and/or repair?
