Outside of weight loss goals, I work with many clients to address chronic pain, injuries, and muscle imbalances. I'm specialized in corrective exercise which gives me the ability to aid my clients in building more functional movement patterns to rehabilitate and prevent injuries.

I was sick and tired of yo-yo dieting, and I just wanted to be able to wear shorts and be comfortable in my own skin. Clare gave me the tools and the workouts to help me tone up and get stronger. Working with Clare has been a game changer. I had back pain from playing golf, sports, and sitting behind a desk that really affected my ability to show up the best I could with my clients, and even my loved ones. I have had other trainers before, and they would just count out loud, put me on the treadmill and not really watch my movement. Clare showed me how to lift the right way so that I could actually feel what I needed to tone, and work the right muscles! Also, my metabolism is so fired up and I love her program (and I don't feel restricted and the weight keeps coming off). I even train with her online and her Blueprint is awesome! Hire her now!

Getting tone and tightened was what I have been working on, and I just didn't know where to start or how to implement what I thought I knew.
