I love working with people to help them identify where their pain is, how to figure out how to fix their discomfort so it doesn’t get worse.
I do not promote low calorie starvation diets, detoxes, or quick fixes. Anyone can give you the basic "eat less, move more" approach to weight loss; I'm here to teach my clients how to adhere to a sustainable diet and workout routine that fits with their lifestyle.
Outside of weight loss goals, I work with many clients to address chronic pain, injuries, and muscle imbalances. I'm specialized in corrective exercise which gives me the ability to aid my clients in building more functional movement patterns to rehabilitate and prevent injuries.
