- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For an insurance claim, the initial pricing is set by the insurance company with their estimate. It is very important to have someone with knowledge of insurance claims review this estimate to make sure you are being paid enough on your claim. In almost every situation i have been involved in we are able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement on the price paid on claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always like to sit down face to face with the customer to get to know exactly what they are looking for. I review their insurance claim with them and advise them on the next steps in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have training as an insurance adjuster and hold a licenses as an insurance adjuster. I am able to recognize damage to roofs and advise whether or not they should be replaced. Also I have training to review your insurance claim and make sure you are getting every cent you should be getting.
