- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will not find easier estimates to read than ours... nothing complicated here. We try to make our process as easy and stress free as possible. We offer a menu of options that can be found on our new website... which will be launched soon
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to hear about what they are needing done and what they want. We try very hard to get a good description of the property and / or job. and condition it is in We really try and go off what the client tells us and we plan our time frame about that as well. It is very important that every client is open, honest and as detailed as possible. This makes it so we can come prepared and ready to take on the job for you. Our main goal is to make you happy! Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job. We accept cash. check and credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend all the latest seminars as well as webinars and continuing ed courses. We take pride in keeping up with all changes.
