- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in being up front and honest with my pricing. My average fee is $300 and it can fluctuate depending on the size of the home. I will beat any InterNACHI® certified home inspector's price by 10% and I offer Veteran and 1st Responder discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an InterNACHI® certified home inspector. I have also painted walls, put up drywall and assisted with plumbing and electrical installation. These experiences have helped me to better understand the possible issues associated with these jobs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was searching for a home to purchase and found myself pointing out many of the issues in each home. My realtor suggested I look into becoming a home inspector. I became InterNACHI® certified in 2020.
