- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our services are all based on IICRC industry standard for our industry. Our technicians and operations managers are certified WRT. We can usually provide a visual estimate on site, call today to make an appointment. We work direct with insurance billing on customer's behalf, whenever possible. Contact us today for more information
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If emergency, contact within 20 minutes, have crew on site within one hour. Operations Manager or lead technician does visual inspection of damage, explains next steps in process to property owner, obtain authorization to begin work, and provides updates as needed along the way.
