Introduction: Melissa has over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist using evidence based practice that works! She sees a wide variety of patients in need of diet modifications including those with heart disease, Diabetes, obesity, gastrointestinal disease to name a few. She can also help you modify your diet for peak sports performance. Melissa Karch is one of the few Certified LEAP Therapists (CLT) in Boulder County. She specializes in recognizing food sensitivities through Mediator Release Testing using the LEAP Protocol. I love to see patient's dietary changes become their "new normal". When you feel good eating optimally, you want to continue doing it for life! I also enjoy helping patients recognize how emotional eating may play a role in their life. I encourage Intuitive Eating to be a goal with all of my patients.
