Introduction: We have been responsible for the entire house remodel projects for framing, installing drywall, finishing and texture, refinishing walls and ceiling surfaces, and total remodel of dressing rooms, baths and kitchens. In addition, we have updated and/or finished basements.
Exterior work has included total replacement of all windows, doors, exterior stucco, siding, fences and landscaping, as well as pergolas and decks.
Other services include lacquer refinishing, whitewash surfaces, and painting resurface of dressing rooms, baths and kitchens. In addition, exterior work has included total repair of exterior surface and prep, painting exterior siding, gutters, down spouts, doors and decking.

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the owner, Raul. My client, being under contract on a home that is part log requested he come and look at the condition of the logs to verify their integrity and give a "free estimate" on any work needed. He showed up at the sellers home an hour and a half early that morning. He had in tow his wife, kids, and a dog! He was told that the appointment time was not for an hour and a half and then proceeded to sit in her drive way. I received a call asking me to please have him leave the driveway until the appointment time from the sellers agent. He did so, then came back 10 min late to the actual appointment time. With him giving us limited information (may be language barrier) he took some measurements and spent about 45 min looking over the home. He was unable to give an invoice or estimation of work needed. Raul then texted my client later that evening demanding $500 to come out to look at the home today because, according to him, he "wasted half his day". He then brought his "fee" down to $250. The business card he handed us clearly says "free estimates". He has earned a "do not do business with" from my company. Quality of work is good but the paperwork they draw up is sketchy and unclear--be prepared for nickel and diming.

Raul and his team are truly the best contractors we have ever had. Their attention to quality and detail is superior. We recently had our log home in Grand Lake, Co restored and.it came out better then
new. Our confidence in Raul couldn't be higher!

These guys have not been remodeling log homes since 1990 like their website says. They moved here from CA in 2011 where they were working as construction laborers. Saw Raul on a project in Breckenridge working solo on an enormous log home 8000 sq ft and the work looked sub par due to lack of quality helpers.
