Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!

Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.

I'm so glad we found Eleanor. A friend and I have our own private yoga instructor! She accommodates our needs in terms of schedule, our yoga experience (little to none) and all our aches and pains. We work on the things that we feel are important (balance, flexibility, building stamina, breathing). Every week is a little different and we are building our repertoire to eventually bring us to the full Sun Salutation. She has a wonderful calming personality and we feel so wonderful after each class. We are so grateful to have her.

    Susan is a caring and knowledgeable educator who brings integrity to all her endeavors. Everything she does is geared toward helping individuals have more fulfilling lives, and to making the world a better place to live for everyone. She has been my yoga/Bowspring instructor for six years; she teaches me something new every day and sets a model for living deliberately and lovingly. I have not found another instructor who is a thorough and focused.

      I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. I thought I knew how to do yoga, but I have a lot to learn. I look forward to our next yoga session.       Kat was my personal yoga instructor and chef for almost a year before her departure from Milwaukee to Colorado. Let me say first, there is not a day that goes by without me missing her services. Kat is kind, compassionate and incredibly talented. Her yoga services allowed me as a true beginner to enjoy and feel the benefits of yoga. She was patient with me and a great teacher of positions that allowed my body to stretch and release. I am a stage two diabetic and the yoga had a profound effect upon my condition for the good. After learning that Kat had head chef talents, I asked her to come twice a week to my home and prepare meals for myself and my son. The meal plans were excellent and the food, well, there are few fine restaurants that could compete. Kat was very fair with the economics of the work as well. It made for pleasant meals when coming home from work. My son continues to ask where is she and can she come back to Milwaukee for a time to come and prepare food. It is critical in any review that one have trust, confidence and successful communication. Kat gets an A+ from me in all regards. You will be lucky and fortunate to have here skills. My suggestion is do not hesitate. We enjoyed her immensely and miss her yoga and cooking talents. Thanks for listening.

        Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!

        My weight and health has always been a source of anxiety for me. Having a small boned body and being short but not obese, has proved it very difficult for me to find the right food and dietary plan to help me get back on a road to health and lose weight. Initially I had little hope, but Melissa was right there by my side. It was hard but with her help, support and guidance I have been seeing amazing results. She has been right at my side encouraging, guiding me and being my biggest cheerleader. Her exercise plan is challenging and gives the best results. I have re-found my waistline and my flabby arms have started to get definition again. My goal was to fit into my white skinny jeans, and with the help of Melissa, I fit into them again. I never thought that would be possible. Most of all she gave me easy to achieve goals – “small steps” as she calls them. Melissa never discourages me to not eat what I want, instead she preaches moderation and gives you alternatives- “if you fall off the wagon one day, jump back on the next” is what she tells me. She is patient and firm at the same time. She has given me the tools to live a life that is vibrant and healthy and energetic. From cooking lessons, one-on-one training sessions and shopping trips she has been just what I needed. I highly recommend her to everyone.
