- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In general, building from the ground up will be easier then a remodel. When building from scratch, there is a fresh palette however, with remodels, you never know how something was built 5yrs ago, 20yrs ago, or even 100yrs ago until you open up the walls or floors and discover it. Because of this, when an estimate is made for a remodel, there's more grey to what the end cost might be.
