Justin is a well qualified and highly knowledgeable trainer with a great personality to match. Sessions are whatever you want them to be, but he also doesn't let you out of stuff if you're too tired, and always has a plan and structure throughout each session. I get he workouts written out for me to take home and reference for workouts later; he writes the exercises down as we go. This guy will push you because he believes in you. His passion for what he does is blatant, exciting and clear and I look forward to vibing with him every time we get to work together. You won't regret him; one of the best I've worked with and I hire a personal trainer in every city I go to, while on the road for work. Thanks, J! Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. Best Personal Trainer in Colorado I started working out with Justin in January. I was pretty lean when I began working out with him, but still lost 15 pounds in 3 months while increasing my strength on bench press, squat, and power clean. Justin comes up with fun and creative workout routines, which makes each session an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. He is very motivational and has incredible knowledge when it comes to fitness whether it’s fat loss, muscle/strength gain, injury prevention, Justin knows it all. If you live around Fort Collins I highly recommend you hire him as your personal trainer. Even if you have been working out on your own with good results I still recommend hiring him, because working out with him will give you quick results that you may have thought were unreachable. Worth every single penny!

Had a GREAT experience with Obstacle Destruction. Chad Johnson was so easy to work with and my trainer Evan was awesome. Evan created workouts that were tough and hard but not over the top. He is patient but also requires that you show up with the attitude to get the most out of the session. I had so much fun and had a serious workout every time. 10 sessions in and I am hooked. I'll be signing up for another round ofr personal training!
I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.
Working with Jason as my personal trainer was an excellent experience. Jason is extremely professional, and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity. But overall, Jason is a caring and thoughtful person. He wants you to reach your goals and he knows that every person is unique. His knowledge of the human body and nutrition is deep and vast and he used this expertise to develop a program that helped me to move toward and reach my goals. Working with Jason helped me run my first marathon which at one point seemed unattainable to me. I have worked with several trainers, and coaches and overall Jason is the person I would recommend without reservation.

Working with Karisa has been great. She is very knowledgeable in proper form and every workout has been more challenging than the last. She is very encouraging but doesn't let you slack off. She has helped me set up a food journal and tracking my food but doesn't make you feel bad about your choices. I would highly recommend Karisa for personal training!
Exactly what I was looking for!! Alisa is great to work with. Her rates are affordable, as is the membership to one of the gyms she trains out of. Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! This guy is amazing! I had been entertaining the thought of hiring a personal trainer for sometime, however I was extremely skeptical. I met with BJ and discussed what my options were and what I wanted to accomplish. I had a really good feeling about hiring him as my personal trainer. Caitlin is a great trainer who's knowledgable and interactive! You never feel like you're doing anything on you're own because she's right there the whole time, every session. I've seen many trainers in the past who are standing back with their clipboard and just telling people what to do. Caitlin goes above and beyond to be right there and make sure everything is being done properly while helping boost energy with her infectious, positive personality.
