Honestly, there were too many options for us to manage and our designer helped to narrow them down. We remodeled our first house with them including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a small addition and a large deck (I got a little carried away, it was 900 sqft deck when we finished). We are working on our next home doing a full gut with just under 4000 sqft, which I am using them again. They were straightforward and honest about our projects and kept us line. I’d recommend if you are thinking about a remodel. *side note, I’ll post pictures as soon as I can take good ones."See more

As the project began, there were a few changes and Jeremy was able to not only accommodate the changes but keep it within budget and the original timeframe for completion. Patrick and his son helped us finish our basement and now it's a beautiful, livable space! They did most of the work themselves (framing, dry wall, plumbing, etc) and had an electrician come out and do the wiring (and he was awesome too). Everything went very smoothly, and Patrick was really great to work with. He let us know things we needed to pick out and decide on. Communication was prompt and the work done was phenomenal. Our inspections were clean and quick since Patrick was knowledgeable on the codes for Colorado. The bathroom was done so well, it looks really nice and Patrick recommended the cubby in the shower (to hold soap, shampoo/conditioner) which I would not have thought of. Absolutely great work and would have him come out and do other projects!

I contacted Parasio Construction through Thumbtack regarding finishing our unfinished basement in our new home in Loveland. Fran Garcia owns Parasio Construction and came over the same day we contacted him. We explained we wanted 2 bedrooms, a entertainment room with a fireplace, a finished bathroom with tile shower and light within the shower. He agreed to submit a bid on the project and within a few days replied with his proposal. We had also contacted several other contractors and had their bids as well. Fran's bid turned out to be the lowest of the bids submitted. He explained that as a small company, he could keep costs down. I was also impressed by Fran's general character. He has a calm, positive personality. He is a very good listener. He was realistic in estimating how long it would take to complete the project, and finished in literally half the time that another contractor thought it would take. When the project was completed, Fran sent in an excellent cleaning crew and cleaned our entire house! There were minor issues that came up, but Fran made it right. I can recommend him without reservation, and would use him again in a heartbeat!
