Nicole is AMAZING! I knew from the moment I got engaged there was absolutely no way I could plan my wedding alone. Nicole helped me each month along the way, and gave me guidelines on when I need to do things, and was very consistent with following up with me and the vendors. She was always response, gave great input, worked around my busy schedule, and was just incredible to work with. Nicole helped to kept me organized with checklists and weekly checkins. She worked hard to make sure everything so simple and easy! Every detail was discussed through email and phone calls. The day of went equally as smooth with Nicole running the show, I don't think the wedding could have gone any better. If there were problems at the wedding, I didn't know about them because she worked seamlessly on all the behind the scenes details! I highly recommend Perfect Touch to anyone who is getting married!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Nicole. She was quick to respond to any and all requests/emails/texts and brought all of our ideas to life. She went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process even hand-making certain things for our special day. She wood-stained and made our seating chart board as well as a beautiful “Share the Love” instagram board. She also handmade a BEAUTIFUL floral background when we realized a florist-designed floral background was out of our budget. She even coordinated a day before welcome BBQ for our guests. A complete professional and so very nice!!!! She prepared for our day like she was preparing for her own. Thank you, Nicole! My family and I are so thankful for you!!!

I started looking for a wedding planner 3 months after my daughter, Erin, became engaged. Nicole Whitcomb and The Perfect Touch were truly amazing. From beginning to end, Nicole handled all of the details to make Erin's wedding truly unforgettable. She even helped to arrange a pre-wedding BBQ at my home and made my job as the mother-of-the-bride as stress-free as possible. Nicole demonstrated the ability to determine the bride's wants and work with a pre-determined budget. She offered lots of ideas and options for wedding and reception decor to fit with the venue. I truly believe my daughter's wedding was so beautiful and successful because Nicole put her all into making sure all of the details were taken care of so I could relax and enjoy this magical moment in my daughter's life. Nicole was the "day of" wedding planner for my daughter's wedding in Estes Park. We live out of state and were planning the wedding long distance. Nicole was incredibly responsive to our needs and delightful to work with. She met with us when we traveled to Estes Park for the final plans, answered every email inquiry timely, appeared early in the morning on the day of the wedding, decorated the outdoor ceremony area and the indoor reception area. She was thorough, talented at decor, efficient, unobtrusive, cheerful, patient and CALM. During the planning sessions she was encouraging and reassuring and (thank goodness) mentioned details we had not yet considered! She listened to my daughter's independent ideas about highlighting wildlife and nature, and then suggested ideas and decor that were perfect! She worked with the D.J. and kept the reception events right on schedule. At the end of the evening, even after a very long day, she packed up the decorations from the reception area and delivered them to our cabin the next morning while we were having the "farewell brunch". Most of our guests were surprised that we had a wedding coordinator present, because she was so professional, she blended in and coordinated everything seamlessly. Although we only booked her for "day of" Nicole went above and beyond and her services far exceeded her cost. If you are planning a wedding, save yourself worry and anxiety and choose Nicole and The Perfect Touch!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my packages are customizable to fit your needs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my brides face to face for a free consultation, and get to know them first. After signing the contract we will continue to have consultations discussing wedding style/vendors/venues/budgets etc. One month prior to your wedding I will view all contracts and correspond with all vendors to finalize all last details. A timeline will be created for the day of as well. I will be present for the walk-through and make sure that the rehearsal runs smoothly. Once the big day arrives, I will be there to direct vendors and help with the set up. I am here so you can enjoy your time with you family and have no worries!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate in March 2016 with an Associates in Business and Accounting. I got married in August 2015 and planned my entire wedding. I have worked with various event planners and learned the ins and outs of the job.
