How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love teaching literature and horseback riding. Horsemanship is such a special skill that involves a balanced mind, a connected spirit, and healthy lifestyle. I am a firm believer that these skills are also necessary to succeed academically. When I moved out to Colorado, I figured that not only could I teach both literature and horseback riding, but I could use them hand-in-hand.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach private horseback riding lessons based on the student's comfort, ability, and goals. I also tutor and mentor high school students in writing, reading comprehension, and college endeavors.
