Working with Ian was a pleasure. He was professional in all aspects and had great communication skills. The project was installing a supporting beam and removing a load bearing wall and installing an archway with recessed lighting and a countertop between the kitchen and dining room. This included matching the original coves, archway design and knockdown drywall. I was very happy with his work, it was fairly priced and would highly recommend him and his company.Feb 20, 2019Verified
When cutting into concrete, they didn’t seal off other areas, creating too much dirt in rest of house. Install on shower was unsatisfactory. Walls - Sheetrock and texturing not level. Left with faucet drain leaking. Did not ever send 3 year warranty on their work, nor respond to requests to do so, so can only assume they don’t intend to follow through if further problems occur. Very disappointed in Ian as he was so personable and expected better from him.Aug 5, 2019Verified
