- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $150 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours in advance of mediation. There is a non-refundable 5 day cancelation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I will send out an intake form to become more familiar with your case. You may send documents to me ahead of mediation for my review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional mediator since 2010. Divorce financial planning career in 2005 staring with a certification as a CDFA from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™. Bachelors of Science degree from DeVry University, graduating cum laude, with honors, in Technical Management, emphasis in business and finance. Completions of 40 hours training in the theory and practice of Mediation through Mares-Dixon & Associates as well as the Level 1 Collaborative training through The Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Advance classes through the High Conflict Diversion Program out of San Diego, California, this program provides tools for parents who share parenting time with a difficult ex-spouse.
