- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A little bit of everything! A athletic team, high moving IQ, experience in maneuvering items logistically up stairs and thru tight areas. The right credentials and equipment, with no hidden fees. Make sure you’re getting a true estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to the know the customers wants and needs with their move….. 1. Going over inventory of items being moved. 2.Access to the load and unload destinations. 3. The miles between the pick up -drop off locations. 4. Are their any special high value items or fragiles? 5.Giving the client a true honest estimate with no hidden fees!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business management background at Cal State Long Beach. Played on Team sports competitively throughout my years going in to College! Learned from many of the top moving companies in the Denver metro, while I was Personal Training and teaching Kickboxing. Mind to muscle connection / good form, and attention to detail.
