I originally hired KMA to do some work on my gutters, but it ended up that the job required a contractor. He was very gracious and actually came out two times to verify if he could do it, and did not bill me. I found this to be very honest and refreshing.
The guys did a great job! We felt very taken care of despite the job being just a small bathroom remodel. They even assisted with getting our granite counter tops picked up and fabricated to accelerate the project schedule. Our facilities were down a matter of days, not weeks like the other contractors I interviewed had projected. Highly recommended!
Kitchen & two bathroom backsplashes and bathroom tub surround were done. I was in a time crunch and Steve's was able to get a two-person crew on the job the next day. After the job I discovered several areas of missing grout, but the contractor came back the next day after I called and fixed them. The clean up could have been better, as I spent a lot of my time doing that. Overall, a good experience.
Ian and Skyler did a great job with the wide variety of repairs I needed - kitchen drawer repair, drywall repair, some baseboard/trim replacement. Very accommodating and took care of my more urgent needs quickly. And all at a reasonable price. Thanks dudes!
Excellent, outstanding , well crafted, professional and a job well done. That's our description for the second floor, 21 fts. Patio extension he crafted on our house. It blend perfect with the existent patio. The bottom is also flushed and the columns are just the same style. Ryan was not only an excellent carpenter creating an exact extension of our existent patio, he also installed a barn door in our bathroom, installed a sliding door where a window was located, fixed the kitchen top cabinet and provided accurate guidance and advise at every single important decision we had to make in the process. His effort and dedication facilitated a stressful process. He is not only our carpenter; today is our friend. This wonderful man is extremely respectful, dedicated, positive, methodical on his crafting process. He is proud of his work's result and enjoyed the ride of remodel our house. He is well connected with skilled construction men that also helped in specific tasks at the house. If you are looking for a skilled, fair price, professional and dedicated carpenter or construction company which is licensed, possess insurance and know the legal process to get a construction permit, RW remodelers is the company you should trust.
Zach and Larry fixed my home's chimney quickly and the repair is a big improvement compared to the broken and falling pieces of the old chimney's stucco/concrete surface piling up on the roof/gutters below.
Matty arrived on 9/13 the day of the Boulder flood to our townhouse complex. He is a friend of the next door neighbor. Quickly he established rapport and was able to come into my unit and estimate when he would be finished with the unit next door so we could work with the tenants re: the time needed to repair drywall, floor, in the downstairs, approximately 400 sq feet. His work was of high quality and was most willing to work with me as I was doing the painting. He was hired to work on 2 more units after finishing with mine. He was clear and organized re: what needed to be completed in what order. His tile work and dry wall work was lovely. In a crisis situation he was most amiable and easy to work with. I would recommend him and his work. I only needed drywall and tile work and I would recommend his expertise and quality of finish work.
I'm 62 years old and this has by far been my most satisfying experience with a construction contractor!! I can without hesitation give Roundtable Construction LLC my very highest recommendation. The original job was drywall work and painting; I've already re-hired for work on my deck and kitchen cabinets. True pros!! I'm a very, very happy customer!!
I first contacted Damion, owner of Butler Construction, in June 2017 to ask for a bid on re-stuccoing two 40 foot block retaining walls. I was after the May 2017 hail storm and, between remodelling of a fixer upper, and correcting damage from the storm, I have dealt with multiple contracts. Damion was one of the most professional and skilled of any of them. His turn-around in getting me a quote was only a few days and his price was very reasonable compared to a second quote I received. When I could not decide if I wanted to walls stuccoed or removed and replaced with brick, I put off the work. Damion was very understanding and when I recontacted him the following Feb/March he honoured his quote fro the previous year. My wall was in far worse shaped underneath the the old stucco and Damion cleaned out and fortified the wall and made some suggestions on drainage so my new wall would last. I had electrocutions install two new post lights in the wall prior to getting it stucceed and the electrician installed them with regular screws even though he later admitted that the bricks was crumbling. With three weeks one of the lights had fallen down. Damion refortified the block for me and told me to have the posts reinstalled with lag bolts. I've dealt with a number of unreliable contractors. When you have work like this--electrical ect., you really on the knowledge/skill of the person doing the work to advise you properly. Damion always answered my questions and responded quickly to my concerns. After finding out that he's also a painter, I'm now going to ask him for a quote to complete/correct the house painting I had done immediately before he started working on my walls. I highly recommend Damion. I have attached some before and after pictures. The before issues do not adequately capture the poor state of the wall.
We are very happy with the work ATP Contractors did on replacing our fence. Mike and the other workers were friendly, did excellent work in a fast manner, left our yard clean of debris and on top of that the cost was affordable. We are happy to recommend ATP Contractors.
The team with Stucco and Stone Masons were enjoyable to work with. They showed up promptly every day and worked nearly without taking breaks! They were responsive and made changes until they achieved the look, feel and texture I wanted as I was trying to match the stucco pattern of our 90 year old home. They wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and would be happy with the results. They cleaned everything up once the job was completed and took the trash with them. They clearly have a ton of experience with finishing walls with stucco and stucco like products and working with setting stone with mortar. It was helpful that I speak a bit of Spanish!
Fantastic experience!!! Honestly, this is how all contractor relationships should be. Frank, showed up and started immediately and met every goal he stated. He was professional, prompt, and provided a outstanding product. Our railing fence and trash enclosure is beautiful- Thanks so much Frank
Don was a great contractor. He installed a 16x25 patio cover in timely manner (ahead of schedule) and at a competitive price. He was extremely thorough in regard to the construction and ensuring the overall structure was built to last; and the end result looked great. I would recommend Don.
After interviewing contractors for nearly a year and almost giving up hope of ever finding one that we felt we could work with, we were lucky to finally find Combs Renovations. Jerald Combs was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and easy to talk to. We gave him concept pictures to illustrate what we wanted the conversion to look like and he quickly understood what we were trying to accomplish. Thanks to his knowledge, expertise and craftsmanship, the finished product was exactly what we had envisioned for our garage renovation. The subcontractors he hired such as electricians, brick layers and dry-wallers did exceptional work and Jerald took responsibility and stood behind all their work. He took great pains to deliver a high quality product; paying particular attention to the detailed finish and trim work on things such as the mantel, bookcases, molding and baseboards—enhancing the overall beauty and character of the room. Speaking from experience, not all contractors are that conscientious or detail oriented. Every inspection passed with flying colors. The Aurora zoning inspectors were very familiar with Jerald and the quality of his work, often remarking on how beautiful the work was and assuring me that everything was being completed correctly, professionally and up to code. Jerald was always willing to take time to meet with us whenever necessary to make sure we were all on the same page. He was also patient when explaining processes that were difficult for us to conceptualize or understand having never gone through a major renovation like this before. He even came back after the job was done to install the new TV and run wires behind the wall at no additional cost. No project of this magnitude is ever completed without some setbacks. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project ran nearly seven weeks over. Despite some of these issues, the project did come in on budget and the finished work is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Jerald and would definitely rely on him as our go to person for all of our future projects. In fact, we’ve already asked him for an estimate on a list of new projects that we’d like him to complete.
Juan was excellent. Quality work, reasonable pricing, knows stucco and finished everything on time when was needed. I would rehire for future stucco repair.
Scott was punctual, very professional, and very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs masonry work and I will be calling him in the future.
We needed a new roof and stucco on our home. After looking at some of his previous work we went with Brian and Finish Line Construction. Brian was professional, got the work done ahead of schedule and went the extra mile with some detail work. We would hire him again and be happy to refer him to others.
Dan and his team of sub contractors do excellent work. If you want a job done well, with attention to detail and quality control, I highly recommend this company. The only are of issue for us was with scheduling and punctuality. We had some unavoidable delays, but also a few instances of poor communication and uncertainty about project deadlines. Dan is an honorable and trustworthy man. His intention is to do his job with excellence- and we have a beautiful kitchen to support that claim.
They matched the existing stucco so well you can't tell what areas were patched
I was referred to Pegasus Contractors by a friend and needed to have my kitchen, bathroom and deck remodeled. I called and spoke with Tom and he offered to come out and give a free estimate. I hired Pegasus Contractors and they did an amazing job. I would recommend this company for your remodeling needs.
My husband and I hired Custom Builders LLC (Kaleb) to tear down the half hall staircase leading to the second level of our home and replaced it with a open rail and baluster staircase. Kaleb's responsiveness throughout the job was great. We where kept informed about the timing of when materials would arrive and when each segment of the job would be completed. Kaleb's work is high quality and he kept a very clean work space between each segment of the project. We got very good value for the job. We had done some research about prices before we hired Custom Builders and found Kaleb's price for the job was very reasonable. The timing on completion of each segment of the job was longer than planned. Completion time was double the time that was initially set. There were a number of issues with getting the correct materials from Kaleb's vender. If you are willing to work with a small contractor who does the work himself Kaleb Shultz (Custom Builders LLC) is your guy.
