- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to accommodate almost any budget and offer special pricing for the elderly and military members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet face-to-face, but we understand you can't always do that. Typically, we like to explore all of the viable options within your budget, come up with a comprehensive strategy, and execute it with courtesy and professionalism. Our goal is to exceed your expectations at every stage of the process. CrossTraining's finished projects compete with the biggest advertising agencies and production houses in Colorado... but at half the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Executive Producer Jim Gromer is an Emmy Award winner, who worked for ABC News for 2 years, Comast for 6, and Starz! Movie Channels for 6 years. He has a Society of Broadcast Engineers Certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communications.
