- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a complete bid ,make sure others do. Many contractors get you hooked and add to the bid later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show up on time , visit the site, talk about their dream , suggest design ideas if needed and go back to the office and prepare them a verbal bid. If they decide to hire us we finalize plans, sign a contract and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have built thousands of homes ,additions , garages, and porches over the years and have trained my sons and employees to offer excellence in their work.
