I value all my customers and attempt to resolve any issues or complaints. I collect no money up front and I only get paid (materials-my direct cost and then labor all identified in a detailed written contract. I get paid when the job is completed to the customerâs satisfaction. The issue: There were several cedar boards that had cracks and these were identified to me by client and neighbor; we went around with neighbor & client and identified which ones would be replaced and marked these with a black âXâ. Client was not satisfied with this he directed me to leave the job sight; we agreed to and acceptable payout of materials used and labor hours to date. We shook hands and parted. I did everything in my power to try to resolve this situation as customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and my company. I also provide a full (1) year no questions asked warranty free of charge for any future issues with materials or workmanship.

I have used Vic and his handyman service for several jobs over the past 12 months or so. Always extremely satisfied with the quality of work he's done for me and for my clients.This job was exterior repair work on a grand old building I own in Manitou. The job needed to be coordinated with Colorado Springs Utilities to disconnect the power lines, and also involved high ladder work to remove dense vegetation. The entire day went flawlessly, right on schedule; and my tenants had their electricity back earlier than promised. The cleanup was immaculate, and all was back to normal by dinner time. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, present my business card, listen to understand what work they want accomplished, put together a free price quote. I then explain what I will provide and how the work process will go from start to finish. While doing the project I continually stay in contact with my client to ensure they are getting the work they wanted. after the work is completed I do a walk around with my client to see if they have any questions on workmanship or any other issues. After they are fully satisfied I then ask for final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two degrees one in electronics and a bachelors in business. I have over 32 years of experience in maintenance from small projects to handling over $415 million dollars of new work projects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Maintenance background, I enjoy working with my hands, and meeting different people.
