What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a simple straight forward pricing system. The most effective way is to estimate the project as one price. A price that is agreed upon up front. I call it the win/win solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, last year I went to the Adobe training seminar in LA. I also use Lynda.com and Youtube to further my knowledge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had an art teacher in high school that Bless her heart she took an interest in me. She actually took oil painting lessons with me once a week for more than a year. She then said I'm taking you to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. That's when I knew what I wanted to do with my life.
