Robin was the perfect partner for our party. The way he works makes it feel like it't "we" not us and him. It really felt like he was all in to ensure things worked out. Very responsive and thoughtful, which created a high degree of trust that proved to be legitimate. He managed sound for a party in a park where determining the power source was challenging and when the weather was very up in the air, but he did everything he could to make sure all went well. Not sure what event this was, or why you remained anonymous! I have been receiving some bogus reviews lately so I'm sceptical of anonymous reviews. If I in fact performed at your event, I apologize if you feel that you didn't receive 5 star service from me. I strive to give my clients the best that I can!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?You can see my pricing on my website! I’m certainly not the least expensive, or most expensive. I do provide much more than the average DJ!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial consultation. Talk to customer about needs and expectations. Followed by constant availability, to answer questions or concerns. Then we have a very detailed planning meeting with the client, to go over every aspect of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Sound engineering training, multiple courses in wedding services, DJ training, and Master of Ceremonies training.
