If I could give negative stars I would! First, after requesting call from the supposed manager Nicholas the tech who was sent to my home supposedly was in contact with over this situation, I have yet to receive a call. After the unethical, unsanitary, inconsiderate and dangerous actions of Nicholas yesterday from taking my sons toothbrush out of our holder, using said holder to remove the water from my washing machine, using my new towel to wipe off oil and lentfrom his hands and the floor, leaving an oil looking finger or thumb print on my fabric softner, removing his mask in my house and leaving said mask on my bare carpet along with his tools and wet used glove and supplies when he supposedly left to go to the parts store at 3:00 pm, did not return for an hour and when was given times to come back at 1am, 6am, 10pm 🤔, I do not wish to have him in my home again. His lack of consideration, respect and care for myself and my family was absolutely unacceptable. And when asked about using the toothbrush holder he said HE WAS SPEECHLESS AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY! He didn't want to interrupt me because I was on the phone?!? Are you kidding me? I will not use nor reccomend this company for any services again.
