Carpets were amazing. Looked better than ever. The only thing was in some areas the carpet was still damp 12 hours - 18 hours after. They could have been the areas that needed TLC and this could be the reason. Great guy.

Traditionally, we always recommend customers give carpets 24 hours to dry, though they usually dry much quicker. Areas with heavy stains will require more time.
