Ms. Hopkins is the reason why I dance! I had never danced and never thought I would until 4 years ago when she was highly recommended to me by many people! I took her class and have not stopped dancing since! She gives tactile feedback, is great at explaining things verbally and visually, and is very familiar with how the human body works which is a helpful part of her teaching. I am forever thankful for her and she is such an inspiring woman.
Love the trainers here! Great atmosphere and provides much more of a personal experience than a big box gym. Highly recommended!
It is with such pleasure for me to tell you about my training experience with Dom! We have been working together for a year.... in that time he has assisted me in transforming my body, helping me attain my goals, giving me ideas for nutrition and making workout plans for me when I am traveling for work and on vacation! Dom has proven to be flexible in adding lots of variety for me... he lets me use his hands for boxing, even after I have tried to punxh his lifts out! Jk.....and really the best part about working with Dom is, he is my friend- and he is always in my corner!

Training with Steven is the best!! Every workout was different, he taught me a good mix of technique (boxing and kick boxing) which is what I wanted, but also made sure I was building my cardio and strength. The workouts flew by and I left sweaty, exhausted, but feeling great every time! I got back in shape fast- training like this is so much better than a normal gym routine. And he's the most affordable trainer you'll find around Denver. Worth every penny!!

Emily helped me do things that I thought I could never do. I walked farther than I thought I could. I had just gotten out of a wheelchair after Rehab in a Nursing Home and Emily came over and we would walk outside. I never thought I could do it but with her encouragement and support, I did. She is very professional and kind. I loved having her come over to my home. With her help, I started exercising with boxing gloves and resistance bands too. Casey was my personal trainer for three years and he was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive to my fitness goals and was willing to be creative and think outside the box to tailor a challenging and engaging workout. He genuinely wants his clients to have a good time and enjoy the workout. Casey is also skilled working around disabilities and other physiological concerns. He has a thorough knowledge of fitness and nutrition and is a great trainer to work through barriers that may be hindering your wellness goals. At the same time he was also intuitive enough to know when I wanted to focus on my work and keep the chatting to a minimum.
Ms Hefner took the time to really understand my goals for physical fitness. Based on my goals, she created a fitness program that held my interest, unlike just going to a mainstream gym. She is very in tune to pre existing injuries, observes//corrects my form during excercises, exudes positive energy, and has a fine tuned balance in making me feel comfortable yet pushing me to achieve my goals. Her history in circuit training/boxing makes her stand out from the rest. Highly recommend!
I came to Doug so could diversify my workouts. As a lifelong runner, I was stuck in a rut and unable to loose weight. Doug got me thinking outside the box, literally-I hate gyms! He made me use muscles I didn't realize I had. We worked on my imbalances in preparation for a upcoming marathon. We did a combination of gym and outdoor workouts, utilizing my full body as weight was both grueling and challenging-more so than I would have imagined. I even had some fun along the way. I'm very happy with my results, I was able to run my marathon and feel strong and confident with my body. thanks Doug for the superb training and for believing in me even when I didn't believe in myself. My experience with Coach Mike has been excellent. I have been boxing for a little over 2 years and had just recently became comfortable with my abilities/style so I wasn't looking to start completely over. He made it clear from my first day at FusBoxe that he wasnt there to teach me some generalized mechanics. He works with your body type to train you in what WILL work for you as an individual. The fact the he and the entire FusBoxe staff are such a pleasure to train with is icing on the cake. And what's a cake without icing?
