Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

I took an outdoor yoga class led by Shree and it was a refreshing, necessary experience that I will gladly have again. Shree is energetic and enthusiastic, with an innate ability to motivate, inspire, and teach.

Susan is a caring and knowledgeable educator who brings integrity to all her endeavors. Everything she does is geared toward helping individuals have more fulfilling lives, and to making the world a better place to live for everyone. She has been my yoga/Bowspring instructor for six years; she teaches me something new every day and sets a model for living deliberately and lovingly. I have not found another instructor who is a thorough and focused.

Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!

Jenny is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is very attentive to her students and she has wonderful patience when you are trying to learn something new. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to yoga but she made sure to point out what I was doing really well, and what I could use some practice on. She is honest and she cares about all of her students.

Kat Bartell is the perfect blend of spunk, passion, comfort and inspiration. Her classes keep me challenged as well as motivated to grow physically and mentally. I love how she incorporates her knowledge of yoga, Pilates, nutrition, massage and multiple other talents into creating an experience that is about a lifestyle. You don't take a Kat Bartell class to get a workout. You take a Kat Bartell class to expand what is possible in life!

Viki came to the middle school where I teach and did a custom session for my small girls running club and anyone else who wanted to attend. The girls enjoyed her knowledge and approachable demeanor. She adapted to our available space (the library), answered their array of middle school questions and led a yoga session appropriate for runners and non- runners together.

I am most impressed with Rebekahs' knowledge of the yogi /yoga mind, body, soul, universe connection. This class was exactly what I always felt yoga should be . Not just another excessive class. Every session we had was an experience and every experience was different . She taught how practicing yoga ,the physical / spiritual practice of yoga can alter ones life. She teaches the reasoning behind every pose and the affect it will have on your body . Rebekahs practices are an experience you will want to repeat over and over again. She is a true yogi!,,

I've attended Kosha for two years. It's an authentic yoga studio focusing on alignment, meditation, nutrition, workshops and teacher training. Kosha offers different levels of yoga classes for everyone. Workshops and classes are reasonably priced. If you want to feel welcome at a yoga studio no matter what your physical level this is the studio for you.

With legs up the wall, I’m lying in this inverted position as I wait for class to begin. Whether finding peace from the day’s woes, or starting a new day afresh, I’ve discovered a sanctuary at Inner Connections Yoga: There is no better place to relax, detox and destress than this one. Led by John and Jeanne Adams, a gathering of attuned teachers offers each student the chance to discover their own levels of strength, balance, flexibility and overall ease. I would never have thought that yoga could do so much, but in the hands of this compassionate team it really can be an all-in-one practice to heal body, mind and soul. Mindful teachers offer suggestions for modifications that enrich the benefit of each asana – “a position of purpose” for each student. Classes begin and end with a meditation to help you take everything you’ve learned, off the mat and into the world. I have come to know the environment at Inner Connections as both staff and student. And I know it to be deeply transformative place or simply a gentle escape from what ails you. It’s a special place, indeed.

          About

I teach private yoga sessions to individuals or groups. I am a certified yoga teacher, and I did my training at CorePower Yoga. I cater to any level of experience, from beginner to advanced. I have years of experience in teaching at a nonprofit organization that helped those recover from drug addiction. I strive to help others, and I believe yoga is a great resource. Whether you're looking to get into shape or just looking for some meditation and relaxation, I am the teacher for you.

          About

I'm a private yoga instructor. I provide private lessons for clients wishing to enhance their yoga practice physically, spiritually, and mentally.

          About

Owners of yoga studios have hired me to run their teacher's training programs because I am a teacher who makes everyone feel safe, and at the same time, I encourage them to dig deep. My classes are always geared to all levels that nurture beginners and teach the fundamentals of yoga while at the same time still challenge a more advanced student. My flow class is a meditation in movement that focuses on breath awareness and physical alignment. This practice will help you build strength and agility (both mental and physical), increase stamina, focus, endurance and balance. My philosophy is that yoga is not about how it looks, but rather about taking what you learn on your mat into your world, including work, relationships, etc. You will learn coping skills like never before. You'll build a reservoir of patience and compassion and reignite a sense of self-worth and appreciation. I taught in Los Angeles before moving to Denver, and I have 12 years of teaching and more than 20 years of yoga practice under my belt. Both men and women find comfort and safety in my classes. I passed the point of tearing myself apart to look good. Instead, I want my life to feel good, which is what my yoga practice has provided, a sense of confidence and courage that I look forward to passing on to you!

          About

Being a Colorado native, Lara was always drawn to an active and athletic lifestyle. Lara was introduced to yoga in a high school dance class and she knew instantly that it was an intricate piece of her life's path. She was intrigued and mystified by the complexity of the human body and the study of its movement. In 2005, Lara began her studies in massage therapy at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she currently works in Boulder as a therapist. As the result of a shoulder injury, her dedication to yoga grew more and more. Compelled to immerse herself in its study, she completed the CorePower teacher training in 2008 and began masterfully weaving her experience as a bodyworker and yoga practitioner. Lara's classes convey the depth that she has discovered within yoga that goes far beyond the physical Asana practice. Lara creates a beautiful rhythm of meditation and healing by aligning the breath and focusing the mind with the movement of the physical body. "Because the practice has affected me so profoundly, it is a joy and honor to share its benefits through teaching." Recently, Lara has expanded her knowledge beyond Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga to teach Yin Yoga and Partner Yoga by the fall of 2009. - Private and group yoga classes: Vinyasa flow, hot yoga, yin yoga, and partner yoga. - Therapeutic massage: Floor and table shiatsu, full-body Swedish massage, chair massage, sports massage, polarity therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular energy techniques, Thai massage, and integrative massage.
