Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.
I trained with Jason for approximately 2 years before he moved to LA. Jason is a dedicated and motivated professional that provided me with an excellent personal training experience with results. He is very skilled and knowlegable about fitness and nutrition. He can create a program for anyone of any age and at any fitness level. I would highly recommend him.
If you are serious about getting in shape this is the place for you. The trainers are well educated and give you the tools to reach your weight or nutritional goals. They will push you out of your workout comfort zone and they will not take "I can't do it" for an answer. If you have concerns about results the trainers are there to help you figure out why is and adjust your program or just tell you what you need to stop doing and doing more of. I have been a client for over 9 months and my experience has been great. The trainers push me to do more which makes me stronger and I see results. I had the great fortune to meet Dee Appel through a mutual friend a couple of years ago. I was suffering from a large number of health problems that I suspected were either the result of my diet or that were being aggravated by my diet. I didn’t know if engaging Dee's services would help me or not but I decided to give it a try. Dee provided me with a personal consultation review all of my health issues, lifestyle, diet, etc. so that she could advise me on changes that might have a positive impact on my problems. Dee’s diet recommendations were finely tuned to each specific health issue that I was experiencing i.e. what to add and what to remove from my diet. The changes were pretty dramatic and I have to confess that I had my doubts if anything good would come from it but I made the changes and stuck with them. The changes also included regular exercise which in my case is walking an average of over ten miles a week. Since that program of diet and lifestyle changes were implemented, I have been able to eliminate virtually all of the health problems that I had been suffering from. I had a physical about six months ago which astounded my doctor. My blood pressure was the lowest it had been in over 20 years, all of the blood work showed my medical conditions had almost completely disappeared or were back to normal ranges and I had lost almost 25 pounds! I participated in a nutrition program with Brian Lewis. He provided weekly coaching and encouragement regarding healthy eating and weight loss. Brian approached his responsibility with me as a team member; we created a project we worked on together and for which we both had a sense of responsibility. I found this very motivating. Someone else cared about my success! I learned that how one eats is primary to weight loss; that exercise has an important role to play but one can not exercise one’s self into weight loss. I also came to see the importance of sleep and stress reduction. Brian taught me these things over the twelve-week program. I learned that there are levers I can move in my diet to regain control when I have excursions – those darn social eating opportunities. Brian executed his role with high expectations, respect, and understanding. He had answers for all my questions, no matter how goofy. He listened when I explained the life events that were my barriers to success – and offered suggestions for getting around them. I am enamored by people who do their jobs well. I consider Brian to be part of the village of people I need to care for me at a very stressful junction in my life.

I have been receiving massage therapy from Talitha & Dan for almost 20 years and highly recommend them both! I am a fairly athletic person and utilize massage to keep my muscles more flexible and loose to help prevent injuries and for help in recovery if I have an injury. I also use it for stress relief and relaxation. They are good at attending to what is problematic. They do a very muscle specific type of massage which I find especially effective in relieving pain, keeping me moving and helping with my stress level. They have also worked on other members of my family who love their work as well. They have shown me movement therapy that has improved my flexibility and also given our family lots of tips to keep us healthy. I was lucky enough to meet Morgan while he was working at Ballys, which was my first experience working with a trainer. I participated in his group fitness class 4 days a week and towards the end we added 2 one on one sessions per week. I worked with Morgan, consistently, for about 6 months and lost just about 40lbs during that time. I have always struggled with weight and had tried every fad diet known. So I was surprised when Morgan said all it would take was a good workout schedule and a healthy diet!! Imagine that?! Being a woman it was hard to be weighed and measured by a fit young man, but he never made me feel uncomfortable about it and was always encouraging. I tend to be silly and sarcastic and some days it was hard to find that motivation needed to get going.. He matched me in every way and motivated me to keep going. Morgan challenged me and kept me on track. He made working out fun and it was something to look forward to after a long work day. When I struggled with nutrition he would have me send him a food journal to help tweak what I was eating and suggested other options. I think what I appreciated most about working with Morgan is that he taught me how to work out and gave me the tools to be successful on my own.
