I offer a variety of very specific services. Please read below to understand exactly how I do business. I have minimum charges for most jobs. I also do not quote jobs site unseen. A phone call with multiple photos of the job is required if you want an estimate.
Excavating & Grading: $1500 & Up. I use machinery for most jobs.
Concrete Pours & Demolition: $3000 & up
I generally do not entertain patching crumbling concrete or bandaid type repairs. I do not hand mix concrete for smaller jobs and there is a half truck minimum on all concrete orders, so little jobs often cost as much as larger jobs. Subgrade prep and demolition often costs as much or more than the actual concrete pour. Concrete is not cheap if youre on a budget.
Asphalt paving: Ask for pricing.
Stump removal: $750 & up

Roofing work comes with a lot of nuance, but I'll make the whole process a piece of cake for you. If you've been denied storm damage coverage by insurance, please let me give you a FREE second opinion. My goal is to get you a full replacement, along with money to cover gutters, skylights, paint, trim, window screens, sheds, AC units etc... anything on your property that was exposed to the storm.
It is in the insurance company's best interest to minimize or deny your claim. This year, half of the work my team has done was after the homeowner was previously denied or otherwise had been given the run-around, but I was able to get it covered and all they had to worry about was their deductible. Most of you on here who have reached out with leaks and an insurance denial, I know for a fact you were in a storm area because it shows me a map and I know the major storm tracts. Don't settle for a biased opinion, bandaid out-of-pocket repairs, or other nonsense. Let me meet your adjuster and we will decide on the appropriate scope of repairs. We work directly for their rates. We do not entertain being the lowest bidder, but the best roofer. My crews are run through Interstate Roofing, the largest residential roofing general contractor in Denver, in business for 30yrs. Fully licensed and insured with the best crews in town.
Your insurance company will dictate the price with software that averages the regional cost of labor and materials and they hand it to us. Again, you only need to worry about the deductible. Its a very simple and relatively affordable process. Don't get confused if asked to get estimates. It is not true. Your insurance company is just trying to save themselves, money. You wont save a dime but you may end up with shoddy9 work or less work than what was supposed to be completed. You only need one roofer to work for regional pricing. Its just like taking your car to the body shop. no need to have your car towed multiple places for multiple estimates. If any items were missed, we supplement directly to the insurance company. Again, your deductible is all that matters.
