The price and service seemed fair, he did come out quick to give us a quote, however there were some concerns with the job after the fact. I have called numerous times to discuss this with him and he has never returned the call. There were three issues I wanted to discuss, the most important was that we discussed trimming the main tree (of three) that had an issue, taking the trunk of the dead part down and cleaning up the few other dead branches. They did take the main trunk down but did NOT remove the other two dead branches, he told my wife that would be another $150 after he told me it would be included in the price. Probably a total of 10 minutes of work since he was in the tree already. Since that time I've even offered to do the cut up and haul away if he would just come get it out of the tree like we had agreed to, and again, no return call. I even asked to at least call me and let me know why you won't do it and no call back. They also destroyed a hanging plant my wife had on the fence, I understand accidents happen but instead of saying anything they hid the evidence, like we wouldn't see it. Cleanup was almost non-existant, I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but I ended up with two full trashbags of twigs and sticks after I had just cleaned my yard, again, a little cleanup would have been helpful. So I would say if you can watch them like a hawk and don't need any follow up then they are ok, just be careful you may not get what you agree to.

The state of the art cutting edge equipment we use is not cheap at all... Wood chipper alone is $55,000! Consider all our equipment and classroom time as well as the years we've spent day in and day out performing dangerous work.
