Karen was my wedding planner and florist for our wedding at my parent's ranch. She made it possible for us to have our outdoor wedding through Colorado's 100 yr flood and everyone had a great time. Her last minute changes and solutions made the event unique and seem like we had planned it that way. The arrangements were amazing and my bouquet was out of this world. I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Mary and her services to any bride or organization who is looking to have an event that is well-planned, organized, and perfect! Mary and her team are genuine, hard-working, and very knowledgable about event planning. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! Lata from InVogue Events was absolutely amazing! She made the planning of a multi-cultural, dual ceremony (Hindu/Non-Denominational Christian) wedding look easy and I don't know what we would have done without her. To top it off, Lata was very easy to work with and very professional throughout the whole process. She also had many wonderful suggestions on how to spice up the decorations. She did a great job of decorating the mandap to look stunning and modified it to match the style of both ceremonies. In the end, the wedding was exactly how we had envisioned it and we will never forget the hard work that Lata had invested in our special day. For any future event planning needs, InVogue Events will be the first place we contact.

Nicole is the absolute best! Her attention to detail on everything is exceptional. She dug right in and planned our daughters destination wedding.... complete with options A and B...just in case it snowed....which it did 8 inches.....so there was a really quick option C! Our daughter was so calm, because Nicole was in charge of the day! The day was absolutely magical! She is so prompt wether by email or phone. We just can't say enough about Nicole. My fiancé and I had a very specific and detailed idea of what we wanted for our wedding. We both come from very large Italian families and our wedding had over 800 people in attendance. We wanted a ceremony and reception that was elegant yet fun. And we needed to make sure with a group and room that size that we had enough decorations to fill the room while still staying within budget and within theme. We met with Rhi and Gina after receiving a proposal that exactly matched what we were looking for. Upon meeting them we knew we had found our floral team. They took our ideas, brought additional ideas and suggestions, and transformed everything into a truly memorable and remarkable day for us both. We cannot say enough about what these two provided. Not that we are planning another wedding, but any event that comes up they will definitely be involved with. Many of our guests asked for cards or information on getting in touch with them. They did floral, supplied our linens, And created an ambience that put the finishing touch on our day. Thank you both! We are beyond thrilled with the work that you did for us.

I was so stressed about how I was going to make sure everything for my wedding was going to flow together and who was going to help me make sure everything was where it needs to be. Then I found Kelly! I had no idea that you could even hire a day of coordinator! I loved her from the moment I met her, he was so easy to talk to and so professional! She remember every little thing that I wanted for our wedding day! All my decoration looked exactly as I pictured them! She came to the rehearsal and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and who they needed to be with. She was the best decision that I made throughout the whole wedding. Without her my dream would have been possible! I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Krista & SeaAnna are magic workers! Every meeting I had with them was so pleasant and honestly I never thought the day of the wedding would be so hectic and they took care of everything and executed my vision. There were a couple of hiccups in my wedding: I forgot to steam the veil and they worked their magic under the hand dryers in the bathroom to make it presentable. My cake bases never made it and they went hunting in the storage room of the venue and managed to setup something similar to what I had planned. On top of it they took photos to make sure some candid moments were captured. And my decorations and flowers which they setup looked STUNNING. My sweetheart table was amazing and everybody was impressed and the whole setup. Loved working with them and hope we can become friends in real life because they were lovely people.

We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. TeNeil exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would take care of us and our wedding. She asked what my biggest worries were so that she could help mitigate them. One of those worries being my mom. We don’t have the best relationship and TeNeil was able to field all of my mom’s questions and handle her in a polite and friendly manner, making my mom feel special while making sure I wasn’t bothered. It was extremely reassuring to know that, whatever it was, TeNeil had it handled! We told her our vision and she made sure it all came together perfectly! Our wedding was seriously exactly how we wanted it - it was beautiful. We had a large wedding of over 150 guests and a lot of moving parts (she flipped spaces twice in a matter of two hours!). When we booked her, TeNeil’s price was half that of other comparable day-of wedding planners but she definitely did just as much, if not more work, than a more expensive planner. I would recommend TeNeil to anyone getting married or having s large event! She is a pro at what she does, instills confidence in her clients, delivers, and exceeds expectations! I wish I had more photos from our wedding to share, but I was so busy enjoying our wedding that I didn’t take many.... and we haven’t gotten our photos back from our photographer yet. :)

Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!

Working with Richelle for my wedding was the best decision I could have made. Not only did she help organize my thoughts and ideas but she gave advice on wedding details that I would have never thought about.     Where do I begin? From the moment I met Christine - I knew she was going to make my wedding the most amazing day of my life and she didn't disappoint. From the planning to the communication to the suggestions to the last minute additions, she didn't miss a beat and always responded with kindness. Planning a wedding is stressful but working with Christine took all the stress out of it and just made it fulfilling experience culminating in the most amazing night of love for us, and all our families and friends. You need someone you can trust and I am so thankful that Christine became more than just our wedding coordinator, she became our friend. Her attention to detail was perfect! Her ability to make you feel calm when dealing with all your family wishes was something I will treasure forever. She made merging an Indian ceremony with a traditional reception so special.
