- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by time & labor, but I usually end up charging less than my original quotes because the work doesn't turn out to be as complicated or time consuming as predicted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want new customers to get a feel for how I work, and what I take into consideration for pricing my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Business & IT at Job Corps, and am Microsoft Office Certified & Data Entry Certified.
