- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies by time & labor, but I usually end up charging less than my original quotes because the work doesn't turn out to be as complicated or time consuming as predicted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want new customers to get a feel for how I work and what I take into consideration for pricing my work. I usually tend to charge less than the original quotes that I send.
