For my Wedding Carla assisted the planning of the ceremony, the reception and my vision. I had a list of four things that were a must for my big day. But I knew there were things I didn't want to overlook, so I hired Carla to help bring my vision together. I expected Carla would be there for me on my big day, but what I did not expect was the calmness she brought to the day. I didn't realize how quickly things can go in many different directions on the special day and have Carla involved in the planning helped to make sure my vision was carried through. Carla is professional, produces quality work, and I would hire her to plan my next event!

She was great to share ideas with and it was incredible to see her take my ideas, build on them, and bring them to life! Her arrangements were breathtaking - EVERYONE at my wedding gushed over the floral! I was so impressed and happy with her, her level of service, and the final floral product I've already recommended her to one of my bridesmaids for her 2017 wedding. My wife and I are both from Chicago and decided to do a destination wedding in Colorado. We found Lata while browsing online for wedding decorators. Being a destination wedding, we did not get to meet her in person until our 1-month walkthrough. Lata was professional throughout the whole process. She was patient and open to our vision and provided her insights from her past experiences in this field when needed. She was available for us as we had several long phone conversations to determine our theme, discuss details, logistics, etc. She would work around our schedule and make herself available for us during nights and weekends. During the whole process, she worked with us to keep the decoration and her services within our budget. She paid attention to all details for our Sangeet night and wedding ceremony. She got all the colors, floral, and placements exactly how we wanted. She was also prepared to have a Plan B if the weather did not cooperate with our events. She was accommodating and met us at both of our event's venues pre-walkthrough to finalize the decoration. She treated us like a friend and did things outside the job description - for example, she stored few boxes of personal items for us and provided other vendor suggestions for our wedding. As nervous as we were about her understanding our vision-she came through a 110%. She even built us a custom wooden stage for our wedding mandap last minute since the rented stage did not work well. We truly could not have asked for a better, professional decorator than Lata to accomplish our vision. As picky as we were about the exact shade of color of the fabric we wanted for our mandap and the flowers, she was honest & open to telling us what she can do for us. We would highly recommend her-even if you are having a destination wedding! Thank you, Lata! Our wedding would not have been possible without you.
Princess is amazing. She was the DJ for my wedding this past weekend and it was a blast. Princess is insanely talented and really knows how to keep the party going. She asked tons of questions and meet every single one of my needs. I would definitely recommend her. Absolutely amazing. And all of my guests loved her.
My daughter lives in Florida and wanted to get married in her home state of Colorado. I found Trenda with Unique Moments Event Planning on Thumbtack. Trenda was easily accessible and very professional. She met with me immediately. She did not impose her ideas on us and willingly listened to and incorporated our ideas and theme. She had great ideas to make our wants and needs better. She handled all of the coordination with the venue and vendors with ease and accomplishment. Amanda did a truly great job. We had a particularly complex, DYI wedding with the ceremony and cocktail hour happening in a different place than the reception. And the reception was at my dad's house so no venue staff to help. Amanda knew all the right questions to ask as we prepared and came up with some fantastic additions to our plan. When we showed up to the house from the ceremony the reception was 100% what I had imagined and more. Amanda also had to put some pressure on some of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She did a great job making sure the entire evening was a success. I couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and the wedding would not have happened without her hard hard work!
Excellent experience. The clown and the balloon animals or designs were a hit with all kids. We hired her for morning part of our wedding; and it was perfect for guests with kids.

I had a wedding with about 250 people and ultralight dj'd for us, they were so kind and professional and they even set up special lights and a fog machine for us so the pictures look really cool! They got people who normally wouldn't to get up and dance which is so important at a reception otherwise it can be awkward. But they made it so much fun! I couldn't be happier!
We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.
Christine was the best wedding coordinator! My husband and I got married in Palm Springs. We starting working with Christine when we lived in Denver then we moved to NYC. She was amazing with all the back and forth that were involved planning a wedding across country. Not only did she completely manage day of coordination but did so much work on the back end to make our wedding happen. Christine worked with vendors, was our middle man for many conversations, and emails, and helped us get our pricing down with many vendors. I really appreciated her knowledge of this industry and having a person "on our side" that we could bounce ideas and pricing off was invaluable. A lot of our wedding was pieced together which made this even more valuable. We had our reception, ceremony, and party at a private estate. Therefore everything from our caterer, rentals, bookings, bartenders, decorations, flowers and everything had to be done by us! Christine was a huge part of making this all happen. As for the day of, it could not have been more perfect. She showed up big by managing all of the above so I was able to focus on my wedding day. I could not recommend her enough!
Aside from marrying my best friend, hiring Caitlin was the best wedding decision I made. She's professional, kind, understanding, and takes initiative. Her acumen for events is incredible and her execution is perfection. There are many moments of wedding planning hell that I will always remember but the one that comes to mind is me and Caitlin sitting with our florist - I had relayed my floral plan to Caitlin and when I was getting swept away by the beauty of all the flowers, Caitlin asked "Can we have smaller or fewer flowers in the flower girl's crown to make it a little cheaper?" That was exactly what I wanted but would have been too shy to ask. Through everything, Caitlin was my advocate and I'm extremely thankful for her efforts! She is the best!
