Frank was available in a short time and he arrived on time and did the install of Windows 8 that I requested for a very reasonable price. I will call Frank again when needed.

Had Frank remove Windows 8 from my computer and put on Windows 7. Everything came out fine even though my computer wasn't real cooperative. Love the new os system. Frank is a knowledgeable guy and cares about getting the job done right and at a reasonable price. This is something that is hard to find these days.
