I contacted a whole bunch of lawyers about my case, and out of all of them Loren was the best. He had some great, creative ideas about the case, even just in the initial consultation. Unfortunately, I ended up going with someone else. I lost and am now a convicted felon. I really regret not choosing Loren; I strongly believe if I would have things would have turned out much better. He was very helpful. Even calling him up afterwards and asking about an appeal, he still remembered me (months later) and once again was very helpful. Even though I never paid him a dime, he is probably the best and most helpful lawyer with whom I ever have consulted. Give him a call and see if he can help you.
We just hired Randy Corporon. We were definitely impressed with the combined legal experience of Randy and his head criminal attorney Kevin. We look forward to having them help us through this difficult time. We feel fortunate to have them representing us.
I had a criminal.case.that I faced.serious charges. I retained Curt Alfrey as my attorney and his experience and efforts on my behalf obtained the best outcome to the criminal.case I could have obtained. He gave me a future beyond the criminal case based on his work on the case. It was the one of the most stressful times I have ever experienced and Curt stayed in constant communication by text and phone greatly relieving my stress and completely answering all of my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney in a criminal case and he will get the best possible resolution to your criminal case.
Mr. Benson is an outstanding attorney and helped me through my whole process. He was, and is very determined, dedicated and a straight shooter. I highly recommend Mr. Benson for any criminal defense you may be having!
Mr. Lawrence has provided the best Council has also been compassionate and knows his job I highly recommend this attorney with any legal matters that you might have
My experience with securing the services of an attorney is significant; Corporate, Real estate; Family, PI etc. This is one of several times I have hired an attorney for criminal purposes. I wish all of the venues in which I’ve employed layers could meet the following. I am COMPLETELY satisfied: first and foremost a quality empathetic human being! Furthermore, reasonable billing rates, reasonable billing practices (a major risk-not here), and moreover, excellent communication, excellent execution and a passion that should held by all layers for the law and a belief in what the law that once was and could be IF we ALL vote, and vote wisely against the trend of law vs. the middle class.
Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing. He won the case for me, and always advised me to keep the case in perspective. The second case he won for me was a complaint that was filed by my HOA. He was, once again, amazing in court. To watch him perform on my behalf was seriously an honor. He didn't bother me with minutiae, as I am a "micro manager". He told me to trust him, and leave the details to him. He brought up issues that I would never have thought of. He was brilliant. We won the case, hands down. No contest.
Joe Lazzara saved me from a year in jail. I made a mistake and was facing my third DUI in Arapahoe County. Joe fought for me and I pled to a minor traffic offense, no jail. I have vowed never to make that same mistake of drinking and driving but I also want to promote Joe Lazzara, my attorney, the one that fought so hard for me. He is a great lawyer and I am proud to call him my attorney and now a friend.
I could tell you how that thanks To Mr. Buckley, I walked out of the courtroom today due to a DWAI probation revocation. Because of his attention to detail, I am able continue my life. Or I could tell you about how he was recently asked to speak at Harvard Law School because of being a great attorney with an incredible background. He's a family man who is well spoken, intelligent and punctual. He went above and beyond, helping me on a very short term notice. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, I'd want John on my team. Thanks John!
Mark E. Kraynak represented me in a criminal case where I was charged with a slew of felonies. I give him 5 out of 5 stars. The case was resolved by a plea bargain where all of the felony charges were dismissed. I pled guilty to a single low level misdemeanor on the first day of the jury trial. Here are a few of the many positive things I have to say about Mr. Kraynak: * Mark Kraynak will fight for you. He discovered that the police failed to preserve and/or destroyed critical evidence. This in turn no doubt gave us substantial leverage to negotiate such a favorable plea deal. * Mark simultaneously represented me in an administrative law case which was related to the criminal case, and he did a super job in the admin case as well. * He’s accessible and available 24/7 365, if necessary. There was not a single time that I contacted Mark where he did not promptly get back in touch with me. * Mark is a blue-collar lawyer. He worked very hard on my behalf to get a great result in my case. * Mark Kraynak is good guy. He’s easy to get along with and very professional. C.R., Denver, CO
In 2008 I was in the unfortunate position of needing the assistance of a criminal attorney. After visiting several attorneys, I met with Andrea Hall. She was the only attorney I met with that took the time to read the material associated with the criminal charges before giving me her expert opinion. Andrea Hall represented me throughout a jury hearing and I was purged of all charges. Andrea Hall is a true professional and expert in her field of practice. I would recommend her services to anyone in need.
I look at every case as though it's going to go to a trial. Too many people look to plead or settle cases, and this can lead to many problems. Many cases people plead guilty or settle cases that should have gone to a trial.
I had 4 domestic violence charges against me which included a felony and 3 misdemeanors... all while going through a divorce. What a nightmare. I immediately wanted to hire the best, high priced, gray-haired lawyer I could find thinking they would be able to help me through this. Fortunately, I knew Jon and trusted him, so I asked his opinion. He assured me he had the experience and knowledge to handle my criminal case, so I hired him. With my job on the line due to the felony charge, it wasn't easy to put my livelihood in someone else's hands. I had to hire a separate lawyer for my divorce, so I found the most experienced, high-priced, gray-haired guy I could. In comparing the two attorneys, hiring Jon was the best money I could have spent. In fact, if it wasn't for his recommendation to take a paternity test (which the divorce attorney should have recommended), I would be paying my ex nearly half my salary in maintenance, alimony, and child support. Ultimately, all of the charges were reduced to a single deferred misdemeanor in a plea deal. After completing Jefferson County's Diversion program, all charges will be expunged and I will have a clean record once again. I could have spent at least three times as much on an old "experienced" lawyer, but in my experience, I received better service from Jon, with a great outcome, all at a much more reasonable price. Knowing what I know now, I wish Jon would have been available for the divorce case too.

Mr. H. Michael Steinberg is a seasoned former senior trial district attorney. His thirteen-year career as a (DA) prosecuting attorney in the courtrooms of the Front Range of Colorado and the Denver metropolitan area (primarily Douglas and Arapahoe counties) has led to an exclusive law practice of criminal defense with a big emphasis on the trial phase of legal advocacy. Mr. Steinberg's more than 27 years of criminal law trial experience, along with an aggressive continuing legal education philosophy and a personal commitment to his clients, are combined to maintain a widely known and solid reputation for quality of service and professionalism. The Steinberg Colorado Criminal Defense Law Firm offers total litigation services in a hands-on, supportive environment. As a trial teacher and lawyer, Mr. Steinberg has this philosophy that is grounded in the concrete belief that the clients should be completely informed about every phase of their case as the case develops. He provides each of his clients with an education in the law (perhaps greater than they want to take!) while they receive complete coverage in every aspect of their case. Several criminal cases can be resolved through negotiations between a reasonable prosecutor and a seasoned criminal lawyer. However, not all cases can or should be settled in that manner. Experience in suppression hearings, pre-trial motion practice, and jury trials is crucial to the effective defense of a person who is charged with having committed a criminal act. Mr. Steinberg's excellence in the courtroom is the result of his years of courtroom and trial experience. He has successfully tried jury trials and presented all types of cases before some of the best-known and toughest judges in the Denver area. He has also handled criminal cases of virtually every conceivable variety, and he looks forward to each new case as a new challenge to succeed and deliver a good result for his clients.
