Marc came for a Garbage Disposal replacement, but this could be much additional work has be has a lot of skills for all kinds of repairs, new work, etc.
Ernesto was great. Showed up when he said he would show up and was in communication with me throughout the process.
I had a small concrete pad put in as a foundation for a shed. Really appreciated Kathryn's diligence and flexibility. Got the job done well, quick, and at a reasonable price. I would recommend her and LandCore Resources for future concrete work.
The patches to the foundation look fantastic and the corner is a straight line on both sides. He was quick, professional. and very good at what he does.
I had Mel extend the stone on my fireplace from the top of the mantel to the 18 foot high ceiling. It looks awesome. His team was very efficient. Clean up could have been a bit better, but, overall, fantastic job. Thanks!
Bill came over to give us a quote because we had what we thought was a severe crack in our basement floor, which we wanted to fix before we laid new hardwood flooring. The crack was under carpeting as well as vinyl tiles from the 70s that had tested positive for asbestos, and he was very careful to disturb them as little as possible and cleaned up after himself completely. It was clear to Bill in a few minutes that we wouldn't need his services (concrete lifting) because the crack was actually a joint that had become raised, but he stayed for an entire hour and a half in order to help me figure out the best solution to getting our basement floor flat and level. Although we didn't hire Bill officially, I'm writing this review because the whole interaction was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Even when he knew we wouldn't be hiring him, he stayed to examine every part of the problem and even made a few phone calls to consult his colleagues on how to make our floor flat again without disturbing the asbestos tiles. In the end he gave me very clear directions for how to fix the floor ourselves (we are big DIYers), including links to the products we should use and articles about asbestos tiles. He even offered to send us YouTube videos of how to use the concrete leveler we'd be buying. In addition, he took a look at the rest of our foundation and even found an actual, large crack and told me how to seal that ourselves too (it wasn't structurally problematic). When he saw that we had some plumbing exposed from a prior renovation, he even pointed out a problematic area that needed to be replaced (he used to work in plumbing). The entire time he was there, he explained everything he was doing and why and answered my many questions clearly and confidently. When we offered to pay him for his time and all his help, he politely declined. I can only imagine that Bill would be a pleasure to work with and am keeping his info for the future. I work as an interior designer and have met so many unprofessional and uncommunicative contractors, subcontractors, etc. that Bill really was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Bill for all your help!
This has been the best contracting experience that I have had, of any contractor that I have worked with - period. And I have worked with many. I had a complicated project that involved the removal and re-pour of 12 separate slabs and a two car driveway. Grant and his team had the concrete removed and re-poured to spec within 4 days. The list of things that went well is extensive. Grant clearly articulated and priced the job at the beginning, and offered suggestions on how to better my design and to raise the quality of the finished product. Grant himself participates in the project. I can't understate the importance of owner participation. He is the first guy on site and the last one to leave. He and his team keep a spotless jobsite and take as much pride in their work as you do in your home. He checks back on you and on then project to make sure you get exactly what your asked for. The price is more than fair for workmanship, and peace of mind that comes with his work. I am more than happy to speak with anyone willing looking for more information about Grant and his team. Don rocks!! he did a great job putting together my recumbent bike--awesome job!! Would definitely recommend!
Large (approx. 30' x 35' ) concrete patio with a colored and stamped edge. Fair, Thorough, Quality! Very professional help! Good in all of the three C's of construction: Coordination, Cooperation, & Communication
Precision Renovations did a great job getting my old and strangely designed kitchen cabinets ready for a sleek, modern makeover. The old laminate counters were torn out, unstable cabinet extension for a raised bar top cut down to cabinet level, cabinets structurally reinforced to handle new quartz counters, and they even took the time to patch and lightly re-texture newly exposed wall to match the surrounding wall texture. My husband and I were in a bind timing- and contractor-wise, and Precision Renovations graciously departed from their usual large-scale renovation work to squeeze our tiny kitchen job into their schedule. They worked quickly and efficiently, allowing us to proceed to the next step of our kitchen makeover sooner than we ever could have hoped. I'm so grateful to have worked with Precision Renovations.
Jim was willing to help on short notice to get a report to me before buying a house. He gave good insight on drainage and a solid fix for a crack in the foundation. He's a family guy, so plus on that side.
Tom and his crew did an outstanding job. Tom clearly has extensive demolition experience and was able to tear down and remove our old brick garage in 1/4 of the time we expected. There were many unexpected finds during excavation and with every detour, Tom was a partner in getting the job done. He knew what was needed and how to adapt to the unexpected, and major, changes required by old foundations and a well encountered. The final project was very different than what was bid and expected, but Tom was a welcome contribution to solving the problems and dealing with the out of scope changes. I would highly recommend Prime Site Work & Concrete, Inc. for any demolition, excavation and concrete job.
Both teams of installers were very professional Ron & Jason came Monday and put the Smart Foam on. They were very courteous and carful moving equipment through the house. They described the job they were doing also answered any questions I had during the process. Tuesday thru Thursday Stephen’s Team (Zack, Edgar, & Dave) continued the professional and open information. Stephen was especially open in the installation process for the new support beam. Since there had to be a change of plan we discussed the alternatives and made the decision to take the old wooden support out to place the steel support in the best spot. We are very happy with pleased with the way the Crawlspaces look and anticipate a much dryer and probably cleaner heating for the house.
Needed subfloor in a home we were selling repaired. Robinson & CO were available, gave a prompt estimate, and got the work done on our tight timeline, allowing us to meet our buyer's expectations and close our sale. Vern is willing to take the time to make sure you know what to expect for your project, and explain anything that isn't clear. I plan on using his services again.
These guys were very good overall. Nick's customer service and availability for communication made the difference. The crew did a great job, worked really hard. The finished product looks great. They were on time to our house. Hopefully the work they completed (concrete driveway and sidewalk) holds up for years to come, time will tell.
I didn't have the time or the desire to be the General Contractor for my basement remodeling project, so I wanted to go with a company that was able to handle it all for me from start to finish. The coordination and organization by Michael was outstanding. He was on top of the team to move the project along and everyone did their job exceedingly well and delivered! We are thrilled with how it all turned out and are very proud of the finished product. We will definitely recommend Michael to all friends and family for all of home improvement work.
Wonderful experience with Interwest. Very happy that I choose this company.
Fred Huber and his team have done a great job on my back yard. They tore out my deck and then did a beautiful, red & gray, stamped concrete patio in that area. They are also re-doing my red brick small patio area. We did it ourselves 8-10 years ago. The weeds were growing up through the cracks and it needed to be re-graded so the water flows away from the foundation. I also had a french drain that needed repair and Fred and his team did a great job repairing that as well. I highly recommend Denver Home Solutions, LLC!
Concrete patio and shed foundation install. Gustavo was very professional in his estimate and explained everything about our install. On the day of the project, Gustavo and his crew were prompt and worked tirelessly prepping the area for the concrete to be poured. The next day, the concrete arrived on time and they worked quickly and effectively to lay the concrete. Gustavo and his crew were very polite and knowledgeable about the project at hand. Do not let his age deter you from hiring Gustavo...we already have plans on hiring him for many projects around the house. Thank you Gustavo, we love our new patio. Mike and Aychin.
Brad did a fantastic job laying out everything including the foundation!
We had some severe foundation issues and my girlfriend was getting estimates that were clearly taking advantage of the situation. Enter Zach and the team at Ammex, he got his guys over and worked with the engineer to get a plan immediately. They poured an all new foundation and were so reasonable that we had him pour a new, larger driveway and sidewalk. The crew solved our drainage issues and were in and out in no time...and this was during winter! The piece of mind was huge and the final product even better. Thanks Zach!
