Sparrow Kitchen catered a school Banquet with a Dr. Suess theme. They were great accommodated special requests on food. We had a variety of ideas and they did an amazing job of coming up with a menu that fit. We ended up with a breakfast for dinner menu that was amazing. The food was seasoned well, and very tasty. There was plenty of food for everyone and they had come up with vegetarian options that were amazing. I was amazed at the menu options and how it all came together. I would use Sparrow Kitchen again,and I would recommend them to friends and family.
Karen and the Garden Path Co. were amazing! Totally eloped smooth out the planning process, walk through, and wedding day - I'm sure she was behind the scene pulling all the strings for us all day!! The wedding was so great and it was wonderful having my planner be the florist as well - made things easy to set up. It was lovely that when people had questions or concerns they were immediately sent to Karen and not me or my fiancé! It allowed us to enjoy our day. I would highly recommend Garden Path!
Carla was great! She was always availible to meet and discuss plans. She was very involved in all of my details. Carla was professional and kept things in line on the day of the wedding. Carla is a great extension to your wedding planning, if you do not want to stress about the little details, the 'what goes where', keeping track of the wedding party, etc....carla is your gal!!
Mary is an incredible wedding and party planner. She helped my sister plan her wedding, and also planned a graduation party for me. She is kind, considerate, and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. I would highly suggest her for any event! She comes in to make your vision a reality and to truly serve you! She is an incredible planner!
Christy Joy was our wedding coordinator and words cannot describe just how awesome she was! Because of my wife's occupation, I, the groom, had to take on the task of getting as much of the wedding planned, which was very scary and overwhelming for me. I was literally pulling my hair out, to say the least. Then I found Christy Joy through Thumbtack and what a godsend she was! She took the "bull by the horns" and basically took charge of everything for my fiance, now wife, and I. She supplied EVERYTHING we needed for our wedding ceremony and reception (table clothes, chair covers, center pieces, etc) all at no cost to us! Basically I paid her for only her time that she invested, which was very reasonable! I would and will recommend Christy Joy to anyone who is planning an event; and it does not have to be just a wedding, literally any event! If you want the best of the best...then Christy Joy is your gal! If you want a person that truly cares about you and making your event the best...then Christy Joy is your "go to person"! Kudos to Christy!...We will be forever grateful to her and she will be a part of our wedding day memories forever!

Gloria was an amazing planner. She listened to everything we wanted and made sure that our day went as smooth as possible. She was there to direct the wedding party and guests and well as be sure each part of the wedding went as planned. She is also just a joy to work with. One of the sweetest women you can meet. Very personable and makes you feel comfortable while working with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner! We loved her work!

I also work in the wedding industry, so I had high standards for my wedding coordinator, but also didn't want to break the bank, because I knew I was doing all the planning and organizing. Cheryl-Lynn came in and was a lifesaver when I needed her the most on the week of the wedding. She and her assistance were great. Very happy to help at any moment. I had 16 boxes of table decorations that needed to be set up in a specific way, and they all set it up exactly how I wanted it! I didnt have to do ANYTHING on my wedding day except say "I Do" and have fun! Thank you again and again!

Cherice is simply outstanding at what she does! My wedding day went so perfectly because of her. I was planning my wedding from out of state and honestly don't know what I would have done without her! She helped keep us on track with the planning process and was very organized (and had to do it all via email!!) One of the things I loved the most was how she made sure everything was always just what I wanted. She asked for ideas for decorations and for sample pictures from Pinterest to make sure everything was just what I pictured. Cherice also has excellent taste and I appreciated her help and expert opinion with details and decorations. She ran everything by me and made sure I had a final say in all the decisions. The day of the wedding also went so smoothly. She had the whole day planned out months in advance so we knew when to be where and exactly how the day should go. Cherice let us know from the beginning she couldn't be there for the actual day of the wedding due to a family wedding, but that was no problem because she still made sure the day went perfect! One of her employees, Hannah, was there for the big day. Hannah and her crew decorated the whole entire reception venue! She also made sure we were on schedule during the reception and had enough time to cut the cake, have our first dance, and still have a sparkler send off. Cherice and Hannah had everything taken care of which made it so I could actually enjoy my wedding day and time with family and friends. I would highly recommend using Cherice for your wedding!!! She is very experienced and extremely helpful. My big day was everything I wanted it to be and Cherice made sure that happened. Thank you thank you thank you!
TeNeil exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would take care of us and our wedding. She asked what my biggest worries were so that she could help mitigate them. One of those worries being my mom. We don’t have the best relationship and TeNeil was able to field all of my mom’s questions and handle her in a polite and friendly manner, making my mom feel special while making sure I wasn’t bothered. It was extremely reassuring to know that, whatever it was, TeNeil had it handled! We told her our vision and she made sure it all came together perfectly! Our wedding was seriously exactly how we wanted it - it was beautiful. We had a large wedding of over 150 guests and a lot of moving parts (she flipped spaces twice in a matter of two hours!). When we booked her, TeNeil’s price was half that of other comparable day-of wedding planners but she definitely did just as much, if not more work, than a more expensive planner. I would recommend TeNeil to anyone getting married or having s large event! She is a pro at what she does, instills confidence in her clients, delivers, and exceeds expectations! I wish I had more photos from our wedding to share, but I was so busy enjoying our wedding that I didn’t take many.... and we haven’t gotten our photos back from our photographer yet. :)
We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. I know personally that Kim is an excellent event planner! She is incredibly dedicated to making sure all of her events are flawless and that all parties involved are stress-free and highly satisfied from day one of planning, all the way to the end of the event. She takes client relationships seriously and her designs are creative and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone!
Peak Perfection Event Design was beyond professional and responsive in the planning of my 20 year high school reunion! The fact that owner, Lisa Griffiths, was able to organize this event from across the country speaks volumes about her abilities as an event coordinator. The reunion was on Long Island, New York and she coordinated everything from the invitations to the menu to the décor. The entire graduating class was beyond impressed with the level of service using Peak Perfection provided. The personal care and attention to detail was appreciated. Everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend Peak Perfection Event Design for anyone looking for a dedicated, detail oriented and professional company.
I was the pianist at a recent wedding at Cherokee Ranch and Castle for which Donnah Phipps of Poised Events was the wedding planner. I was very impressed by the way Donnah reached out to me via email prior to the wedding. She provided timelines and diagrams for all the vendors. When I arrived at the venue, Donnah was extremely professional and very calm and organized. She is also very personable and easy to talk to and was gracious enough to meet with me after the wedding so that we could swap ideas and "shop talk".

I was fortunate enough to work with Kyla while she project managed large events while completing her Masters degree in Brussels, Belgium from 2013-14. In all of these events I was highly impressed by her professionalism, her can-do attitude, and her ability to deliver events to time, cost and quality. Kyla was able to use her unique collaboration and motivation skills to deliver fun, varied and imaginative events to the diverse student body. Examples of these included a week long programme of welcome events for incoming students, as well as a series of well researched, excellently-delivered end-of-term events for outgoing students. All of these events were very well received and delivered with operational excellence. It was a pleasure to work with Kyla in delivering these events, and I would absolutely recommend her event management skills.
Barefoot bbq was very accommodating to our menu requests and scheduling. The pricing was perfect for our school event. We couldn't get enough of the pulled pork, kale coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. Yum!
