Jemma is amazing. My backstory_After a year of full time remote work I have noticed big changes in my health over all and not for the good. Previously I would be walking to meeting's through out the hospital. This last year not only has the work day gotten longer but I hardly move. I sit in front of my computer screen for 12hrs a day 6 days a week. I went from 12k steps a day to 1200. As a result I have become so knotted up and tight I hurt all the time. Even more troubling I began to notice my range of motion was diminishing. I could not raise my hands above my head or behind my back. Simple tasks like putting on a bra became impossible. I luckily found Jemma. She replied quickly to my last minute request and was right on time for our appointment the next day. She talked through things she noticed as she went through my session. Which was great for me to understand what I was feeling and why. Prior to 2020 I was a regular massage goer and always enjoyed deep tissue style. I can say without a doubt Jemma has the strongest hands I have ever experienced. It was a 90 min session not for relaxation purposes but I need therapy. She was very kind and showed concern. Always checking back with me if I was doing ok throughout. She was knowledgeable and used different methods to work through each area. It was not my standard previous massage experience. I think we were both sweating by the end. Jemma hung in there with me. By the end of my 90 min I was already noticing improvement. The next day I woke up sore (in good way) with marked improvement. I was so excited I immediately scheduled again with Jemma. Once a week for the next 3 weeks. I am so excited to see how much better I will be by the end of our 4 weeks. Hopefully we can transition to less frequent relaxing maintenance sessions. Thank you Jemma

Purchased a massage for my wife. She was in great pain- this therapist was able to work out months of tension. Very strong, may have to tell her to lighten up a little, that’s how strong she is. Overall good experience.

Super great. Jemma is definitely the strongest massage therapist I have been to. She is so friendly and checks in often, updating on what she is finding in your body which is nice. Also, no paperwork which was super great for me, and anyone with a pretty tight schedule.
