- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately due to the nature of mold remediation, we don't have a canned answer for this. But here is what I can tell you. Mold testing - $75 per test (the cheapest we know of in the state) Informal Inspection - FREE Formal Inspection - $350 On-Site estimate - FREE Remediation treatment - Generally starts at $0.95 / sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your situation is different than every other customer we've had in the past. There is lots of complexity due to home history, home size, health history and mold sensitivity, previous remediation completed, etc. Because we want to be sure you are treated right, we will ask quite a few questions and cater all our services to you. If you already know you have a remediation need, let us know and we'll get right on the treatment estimate and scheduling. If you're unsure whether you have a mold issue, or if you need before and after testing, we're glad to accommodate. In the end, our primary goal is the same as yours - a mold-free home or business.

Experiencing testing and treating over 120 homes and businesses. MICRO Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC)
