My husband and I have been receiving massages from Melissa Chaffin for the past several months. We present two very different scenarios and Melissa has expertly handled each. I am an active individual with arthritis in my shoulders. Melissa's massages keep me limber and help tremendously in alleviating pain. My husband has Parkinson's Disease. He does not have tremors, but has the torso rigidity that Parkinson's sometimes presents. Melissa does stretching with him that allows him much more range of motion and the ability to do daily activities and remain more independent. She has worked with his Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist in achieving goals. His progress has been quite remarkable. Melissa's rapport with her clients is excellent. She listens carefully and makes appropriate adjustments. I have full faith in her work for healthy individuals and for those with health concerns.
