I highly recommend Windsor Fixer. He was the ONLY person who actually diagnosed the problem (leak) before giving me a bid. Everyone else told me what they "thought" the problem was. Windsor Fixer actually ran tests to determine what it really was. I felt like he really cared. And that trust paid off. 1. He fixed it. 2. He was thorough. 3. He was fast. 4. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For most jobs it's $40/hr with a $60 minimum. When I look at your project or talk to you I can give a better estimate. I do not markup parts or supplies. You pay for the actual cost of the items. Payment is due at the end of the project when you are 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first establish exactly what your project is all about. Clear communication is vital. If you require a written estimate, I can provide one. Second I schedule a time to start your project. I gather parts, supplies, and other materials as needed. Lastly I work on and complete your project to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 30 years experience. Semi-retired. Started this business as my own boss.
