We were very pleased with the service. It was delivered early and picked up right when we were told it would be. It was extremely clean and in great shape. This was for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and it was a hit, all the kids loved it. If we rent one again, which we probably will since she loved it so much, we will definitely be using Bounce Around Inflatables again.

From the first inquiry Bounce Around was prompt, professional and very easy to work with. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Safety is obviously a very big concern with them. I really like the detail that went into going over safety and use of the item. The kids had a blast.
