FAQs

I have been very interested in Leeds - sustainability - criteria since I was exposed to environmental toxins while traveling in the 90's. I became a Leed GA in 2010. I also worked on a project to construct a Leed 80% sustainable home in Branford in 2012.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had built (designed) four major projects on my own in the USA and overseas, and I have more than 25 years of engineering experience designing textilesâ¦it was a natural transition to offer my services to my local community.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am very flexible. With a studio in my home I can consult on a broad range of projects. Redesigning a bed room may be as simple as custom bedding, pillows and drapery - I love to work on those projects with my clients directly. Editing furnishings is also very common. Helping a client make hard decisions about pieces they have had a long time - sometimes we modernize the piece with color - sometimes it gets replaced with something they will love more!
