- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions in packages of 6,12, 24, and 48. With a larger package, you get savings. For example, 60 minute sessions range from $65 to $56. The first session is always free of charge!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The complimentary session starts with a discussion of your goals, exercise history, any limitations or issues you may have, etc. Then you will have an assessment, which is actually a basic workout that will show me what your stamina and strength levels are. I will find out exactly what level you are at, and how you should be trained. At the end of the session, you will decide what session package you would like to buy and we will set you up in my schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified, TRX Certified (suspension straps), Exercise for Frail Elders Certified, and CPR/AED Certified. Every 2 years I take continuing education to renew my certification.
