If I could give Fitzgeralds more than 5 stars, I would. Owner Nicholas Shope was an absolute pleasure to work with, a consummate professional, and a darn good cook! Two weeks after the wedding, our guests are still talking about the food. One guest told me the swordfish was the best he had ever tasted. Hiring Fitzgeralds was among the better wedding planning decision we made. Nicholas went above and beyond for us at every turn. I have no doubt he treats each and every one of his clients like gold. I feel lucky to have found him.

Nicholas Shope and his team were outstanding. He worked with our crazy work and travel schedules during the planning phase. Good things first, we really liked the food. Guests really liked the salmon, grilled asparagus, and filet mignon. Nicholas helped solve two of our biggest needs for our event: food and rentals. It is so much easier to have one company take care of both. This way we were able to save time and make any last minute changes with one person. Overall, Nicholas and his team got the job done. They did minor setups, served food, and cleaned up as contracted. I would recommend this caterer for any event.

From beginning to end I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nick Shope who runs Fitzgerald's Fine Catering was much more than an asset for myself and my husband this past October 24th. He was continuously there to calm nerves and make sure everything went as planned. This is the most relaxed catering experience I have ever had, and I used to cater! If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or next party look absolutely no further! This is the company that we will use time and time again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is per guest. The variables are menu, type of service and length of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to continually re-certify for food safety and TIPS certification, but personally I watch food network. I guess I can't leave work at the office.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up watching my Dad run the business and enjoy sharing the lives of his clients as they celebrated the weddings, birthdays and babies!
