- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is per guest. The variables are menu, type of service and length of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to continually re-certify for food safety and TIPS certification, but personally I watch food network. I guess I can't leave work at the office.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up watching my Dad run the business and enjoy sharing the lives of his clients as they celebrated the weddings, birthdays and babies!
