I've been training with Charles for about 2 months. He's super reliable and is a great motivator. Anytime I'm doing something wrong whether its the way I'm standing or doing an exercise he will point it out and let you know how to do it the right way. He'll also let you know if you do well and sends follow up texts the next day. Your training sessions will consist of workouts that focus on balance, agility, and gaining muscle. The workouts are intense, but you don't even notice sometimes because he always finds some way to distract you. I work out of my home and he brings all of his equipment over, my living room looks like a home gym because of all the awesome equipment he's brought over. Charles always makes sure to send workouts whenever we don't meet or if I'm away on business.
Marcia is training my 98 year old mother. She is knowledgeable, engaging, and has the right mix of encouragement, flexibility and sensitivity. In addition to providing personal training, she has good advice on diet. We are happy we found her through Thumbtack.
I have been training with Rhonda for more than a year now. My main aim initially was to lose weight, but after a complimentary session with her, she worked me up to realize that a more healthy goal than just weight loss would be to condition myself more and that weight loss would follow naturally. She was right! She is extremely professional and she has a flexible schedule so I can schedule timings around my tight schedule, as long as I give her advance notice. She figures out how much I can be pushed, that I myself am surprised. I guess it is a balancing act between pushing one far enough, but not so much that I am exhausted and she does it well. If I work out on my own, I do what I am comfortable with, and use the muscle groups that are easy to do. With Rhonda, it is an actual work out. Using strategic muscle groups to bring about the maximal effect for toning the body and increasing core strength. To top it off, she is real fun to work with. I'm so happy that I've been able to work with her!
Pete is an awesome trainer! Been my trainer for over 6 months and he hasn't repeated a workout routine. Always coming up with new exercises based on your restrictions, activities that you actually like to do (kick boxing, weight lifting, spin, circuit training, etc), and most importantly your goals. Really takes the time to make sure your getting a great workout to achieve the results you want. Whatever your goals are Pete will help get you there!
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. Evis is great, he pushes you and is a great teacher. I look forward to my training sessions which I have never done before. I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!
My time training with Lisa was amazing. We spoke about my problem areas and what I wanted . I mentioned to Lisa that I had a small handicap. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!

Connie is fun to work out with & exercising hasn't always been a thrill for me especially when it comes to lifting weights & doing squats!! Connie has great insight to accessing your limits and at the same time realizes how & when to push you to achieve results!!! I have been working with her for 6 months now & plan to continue training with her for years to come. Anyone who is not a gym rat or doesn't enjoy exercising MUST try training with Connie. SHE IS THE BEST of THE BEST!!!
1 month ago I met Gary and 1 month later I shed more fat than I could imagine . Full body circuit training with Gary twice a week is in my opinion , an unbeatable investment. Feeling accomplished.
