I've been training with Rhonda for almost one year. I started two months before my wedding and on my wedding day, I remember feeling so happy with the way I looked! I had never felt this fit and toned before,all thanks to Rhonda! I'm much more confident about working out in the gym and not intimidated by all those machines and weights. She's not only dedicated to her work but is extremely passionate about living a healthy life. She values each client and time flies when I train with her. Shes an excellent trainer and a wonderful person!

I've been training with Charles for about 2 months. He's super reliable and is a great motivator. Anytime I'm doing something wrong whether its the way I'm standing or doing an exercise he will point it out and let you know how to do it the right way. He'll also let you know if you do well and sends follow up texts the next day. Your training sessions will consist of workouts that focus on balance, agility, and gaining muscle. The workouts are intense, but you don't even notice sometimes because he always finds some way to distract you. I work out of my home and he brings all of his equipment over, my living room looks like a home gym because of all the awesome equipment he's brought over. Charles always makes sure to send workouts whenever we don't meet or if I'm away on business.
Training with Common Sense Fitness has been a great experience. Steve developed a program that was specific to my needs and I have experienced excellent results. I world recommend this company for everyone from an experienced athlete to someone looking to start a fitness regiment.

Pete is an awesome trainer! Been my trainer for over 6 months and he hasn't repeated a workout routine. Always coming up with new exercises based on your restrictions, activities that you actually like to do (kick boxing, weight lifting, spin, circuit training, etc), and most importantly your goals. Really takes the time to make sure your getting a great workout to achieve the results you want. Whatever your goals are Pete will help get you there!
I bought a package of personal training sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve done in ages! I could never get those results on my own. I’ve really surprised myself at how far I’ve come and how much stronger and fitter I am in just a few weeks. I’ve been terrible at sticking to my diet and I’ve still lost inches and even better I feel so much firmer, more alert and healthier. I was planning on only doing a couple of weeks training before a holiday but I’m definitely going to keep going when I get back. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I couldn’t recommend this more.
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. Mr. Jerris is a qualified, responsible, and outstanding trainer. He is thorough in ensuring that the training sessions are a combination of fitness, mechanics, and flexibility. He is always on time. He is always positive and has a well planned routine. The sessions always go by rapidly. He even is available by Skype when I need to travel. You cannot get a better service provider.
I started with Tommy in December but didn't try his alkaline vegan diet till January. I'm not a true vegan like him but I'm trying the best I can. I lost 14 pounds since I started with Tommy and he has taught me so much about food and what it does to your body. I recommend his service (coaching & training) cause it goes hand in hand.
Could not be with a more knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Liz is amazing with her level of training customized to each individual. She takes the time to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you are safe during workouts. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I used the free hour training session that they offer and loved it. Anthony was extremely personable and was able to correct things immediately that i've been doing wrong. Feeling stronger and more comfortable with my workouts and I can't to see my future progress.

I trained with Casey for approximately 4 years. In that time Casey has dramatically improved my strength and cardio along with the fact I lost 15lbs. I feel great have more energy and look even better. I truly enjoyed my time training with Casey and would continue except for the fact that he relocated out of state. Mike woils always contact me prior to our training session to let me know he was on his way. Always punctual and ready to go as soon as he got there. Usually when I go to the gym I get distracted and do not have any set system for working out, . Mike help me with a routine that kept me focused. It was amazing that if you have someone teaching you the proper way to work out, you end up getting an amazing results. He designed a workout program for me to use after I was done training with him. Had my schedule allowed me to continue training, I would have Kept him as a personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to have a new workout routine.
Before training with Noah, clothes shopping involved me picking out lots of tops - rarely pants - and then putting everything back at the last minute and leaving the store empty handed. Now, I've walked into a store, tried on and bought the first pair of pants in my goal size. That is only the most obvious example of how everything, for me, is a totally different experience. Becoming happier and fitter is pervasive and when I decided to invest in myself and start training with Noah, I got way more than I expected. Noah's knowledge, passion, guidance, and positive attitude have changed my life. I've let go of fitness regrets, lost weight I've wanted to lose for 20 years, become fitter and stronger, and become more capable and happier. Those sorts of changes impact everything -- it has translated to me being better friend, wife and mom. Noah is a motivational good person who walks the walk and has a very enjoyable presence. Training with Noah is one of my favorite and most frequently celebrated decisions. He's the best!
