Great Company .. Great People.. Great Service ... I will never forget how they used a scraper and a piece of cotton ball to clean in between the gaps of my baseboards. They are always willing to go out of their way A++

Prosperity Cleaning Services has been providing daily janitorial service for our facility in Shelton CT for the last 6 months and we could not ask for more. They take care of almost all of our maintenance needs... Love them !!!

Meet with the owner of a company (Diogo) who despite promising a good job left cobwebs, dust on baseboard, photo frames, coffee pot wasn't emptied, white tile backsplash dirty, maple syrup on my sideboard, etc, this all occured during the double charged "deep clean". The slogan is we clean so you can do your job, but my job is now explaining what they missed. What happened to the promised supervisor mentioned in person AND on their website? She dropped them off and never returned. When they came to correct the things that we overlooked I left work to meet them at noon, someone arrived at 12:37 after I called at 12:20 asking if someone was even coming back-not courteous of my time. How can I do my job when I need to come home to 1st wait and then stay again while they re-do their job? One person came to see the repeat work that needed to be done, not the Diogo even though that was his promise. A company gets leadership from the top, disappointing. Not a company I'd recommend, I feel incredibly ripped off. The job was to clean 1491 sq feet, 3 bed & 1.5 bathroom.

Please know that we take a lot of pride in our services and we do believe in 100 % customer satisfaction, which is why I take the time to personally meet with each and every single client and I personally present our 24 hours return policy.
I truly do not understand why things have taken such unexpected directions since the last time we talked, when you said you were excited and more than happy with the service.
If all of this was to take advantage of our 50% Initial Cleaning discount without having to continue with the " biweekly service " , you could of just have told us so instead of posting such horrible review.
We also offered you to come back again and redo the complete job FREE of charge and you did not let me inspect the work.
Please know that my partners and I stand behind every project and we are still available if there is anything we can do.
