James is a young personal trainer but that doesn't mean he's not experienced! He's very professional and was on time for every session. I learned a lot from him from strength training to endurance training to kickboxing. He helped me become more fit! He's incredibly patient and gives clear instructions so I was never confused. He's good at motivating as well. I looked forward to each training session I had with James and highly recommend him.
Real results. I had NEVER thought of doing something like kickboxing before my friend asked me to go with her. It was a lot of fun, but on top of that I could not believe how quick the results came. The workouts are VERY hard at first, but once you get passed the initial hump they get easier and you realize how much progress you've made. The BEST part I believe was for the first time in my life I actually felt strong. I didn't mind carrying the heavy bag of groceries down the street any more. This was a great fun way to get stronger and healthier.
Fusion is the best place to train! I ran track in high school and college and never really worried about my weight until graduating. I started teaching and slowly put on weight. I tried Lucille Roberts and other gyms but never saw any kind of improvement until I found Fusion in Port Jeff Station. The first few kickboxing classes kicked my butt but I couldn't wait to go back. My initial motivation was to lose weight and I definitely did. I started taking the x-training classes and yoga in addition to kickboxing. Overtime my goals changed to being able to do a real pushup, a headstand, and now a pull-up. The coaches at Fusion really want to help you meet these goals and will work with you during class and talk to you after about what to do to get there. The trainers are all in sick shape and truly live for fitness. They are always changing up their classes and making the gym a better place.

I met Michael when I became a member at Title Boxing in Milford. After taking a few of his kickboxing classes and hearing that he was one of the top 3 trainers at the gym I decided to try private training with him to gain muscle and lose fat. Before starting our sessions, he shared his personal weight loss journey and showed me a few "before" and "after" pictures. i was beyond impressed at his dedication to going to the gym every day for hours and how quickly he was able to drop 100 pounds and even more amazed that he didn't hire help but instead chose to learn about eating clean and taking care of the body on his own. After our first rigorous but fun session (although excited I was SO NOT READY for all the cardio and exercises with new equipment I had never used before...felt like death) I felt rejuvenated and ready to take on more! Over the next few months I continued with sessions twice a week until my training package expired with the club. To continue taking private sessions at a cheaper rate, I decided to end my membership seeing as it was no longer needed since I can still do boxing with michael outside Title. Beyond happy with my progress so far and will probably continue to train with Michael for another year or so until I get the hang of it on my own.

I train under Guru Glenn in Jersey one of Andy's students. Love taking a ride into NY. To train with a real master of the art of fighting. He shows what will really work. The arnis work makes me so much quicker and aware whats going on, it's not a easy art to learn but if your up for the challenge, will inhance you fighting ability 10 fold. especially when i lose the sticks and go with empty hand sparring.
