This is a great school I have trained for years mostly in a commercial setting like cardio Kickboxing and franchise Martial Art Schools and I hold several Black Belts. After taking a few weeks of classes that are offered as a free trial I quickly realized I had a lot more to learn. The owner of the school teaches the majority of the classes which is very rare for someone of his caliber. My son is also taking classes and although I was apprehensive at first because the instructor was only 17 years old I was happy to hear that he was home grown coming up the ranks since he was 7 years old. Aside from being an accomplished gold medalist I found out that even at 17 years of age his skill is extraordinary the first time I sparred with him as he very politely swept the floor with me.

James is a young personal trainer but that doesn't mean he's not experienced! He's very professional and was on time for every session. I learned a lot from him from strength training to endurance training to kickboxing. He helped me become more fit! He's incredibly patient and gives clear instructions so I was never confused. He's good at motivating as well. I looked forward to each training session I had with James and highly recommend him.
I've been looking for a kickboxing studio to stop being a lazy bum. Gym was not an option because I just don't like it, and I sort of feel uncomfortable around muscle maniacs. I stumbled upon a Groupon deal for ILKB and decided to try it out, especially since the place was down the block from my job. The first class was a killer. The first 20 minutes or so is very intense cardio and conditioning. You will be sweating as much as you would in hot yoga. Then comes the best part: punching/kicking the bag to your heart's desire. The instructors are really (and I mean really) energetic and great at motivating you. Every class they teach you different combinations getting you to work out your entire body. After my first class I ended up signing up for a whole year! It's really fun and really hard at the same time. The instructors really make it their goal to push you to your potential, and help you reach your fitness goal. The staff there is so nice and so helpful. They are always ready and willing to help in any way, shape or form if you need it. The facility itself is gorgeous, neat and very tidy. The locker rooms even have everything you could possibly need. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle, a lock, and yourself! They don't call it ILoveKickboxing for no reason... I pretty much go every day now.
I've tried several kickboxing places in the area and this place by far is the best workout I've had. The trainers are knowledgable and are constantly switching up the workouts to keep you on your toes.

I met Michael when I became a member at Title Boxing in Milford. After taking a few of his kickboxing classes and hearing that he was one of the top 3 trainers at the gym I decided to try private training with him to gain muscle and lose fat. Before starting our sessions, he shared his personal weight loss journey and showed me a few "before" and "after" pictures. i was beyond impressed at his dedication to going to the gym every day for hours and how quickly he was able to drop 100 pounds and even more amazed that he didn't hire help but instead chose to learn about eating clean and taking care of the body on his own. After our first rigorous but fun session (although excited I was SO NOT READY for all the cardio and exercises with new equipment I had never used before...felt like death) I felt rejuvenated and ready to take on more! Over the next few months I continued with sessions twice a week until my training package expired with the club. To continue taking private sessions at a cheaper rate, I decided to end my membership seeing as it was no longer needed since I can still do boxing with michael outside Title. Beyond happy with my progress so far and will probably continue to train with Michael for another year or so until I get the hang of it on my own.

I train under Guru Glenn in Jersey one of Andy's students. Love taking a ride into NY. To train with a real master of the art of fighting. He shows what will really work. The arnis work makes me so much quicker and aware whats going on, it's not a easy art to learn but if your up for the challenge, will inhance you fighting ability 10 fold. especially when i lose the sticks and go with empty hand sparring. The group of guy's that train there are very inviting like you've known them a long time always willing to show you pointers where needed. Been around a few systems, this guy is the real deal. Gene
