- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I'm excited about furthering and enhancing my nutritional skills and education, my classes began Fall 2014 =)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At home we were taught about natural herbs, spices and how to use them efficiently to prepare our foods and also for home remedies. In high school I realized, both sides of my family tree are prone to hypertension, so I continued making good food choices, using healthy food options and alternatives.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The 2 most recent events were first, The CT Health Foundation then, the Father Daughter Dance for The Classical Studies Academy. Working with the ladies of The CT Health Foundation was Great! They were very pleased with the services we provided and were surprised to find that even our coffee is Gluten & Lactose free =). The Father Daughter Dance Event was Superb =) I'm glad we were their providing our Healthy foods for such a wonderful event. A beautiful glimpse of the future. It was heart warming :)
